trail running...rocky, hilly, roots....face first with a little roll to the right...got up...pinkie was at a 90 degree angle...popped it back into place...finished the run...went to doc this am and got an xray and splint....made me get a tetanus shot too cuz of all the scrapes on my head...

Ha Ha! Cleburne State Park (35 miles)...the mountain bike trails....my weekend run
but there are some suburban hills to run on now over by the Summer Creek extensions....if ya like concrete

You run on mountain bike trails? The ones here I'd never make it. Too steep, many are near impossible to get up if you don't get up the first time on your bike. Walking up is a challenge. Not to mention the steep drops....

Not to mention the steep drops.... yes...intermediate to advanced....lots of loose rocks...a couple of the steep hills can be pretty slippery and you have to grab the trees...very few bikers can make all the hills....I know I can't....I've cracked a helmet twice, gotten a concussion, and cracked ribs on the bike....it is a good training course to prepare for Colorado...just not the altitude or snow....
