Hi I have had tiny white bumps in public hair region, they dont itch or hurt at all. I do pop them and they dont pop easy. When i pop them a little bit of white comes out, it is thick and does not ooze out. After i pop them it hurts bad. I find these bumps after i shave. Please help
Those sound like the common little pimples that most everyone gets after shaving down there.
Try shaving down with the grain and never up against the grain.
