Try the website "my fitness pal". I had the same difficulties. I'm 24 and gained a lot of weight even though I was eating healthy. But over the course of two months I've lost 16.4 pounds. There is only one way to look like the movie stars. Count calories, eat mostly plant-based foods, (with a little protein from meat and nuts), and exercise for one hour each day. Treadmill won't cut it. Combine strength building with cardio. I use Jillian Michaels 30 day shred. Using eating disorders will make you skinny right up until you go to rehab, and then you'll gain all the weight back plus more. Diet and exercise is hard, but if you're committed, you can do it! have you checked your thyroid? i have something called PCOS, which is polycystic ovarian syndrom and it causes me t be heavy and not really be able to lose weight so easily. for me a low sugar, low carb diet works the best with excercise.

They do work because you are ridding the body of all the c**p that is going inside, you will only see the effect though after a few weeks but exercise at the same time and it will work quicker. warning though you might become addicted to them

A healthy way to lose weight would be to just excersice regularly and eat healthy food, and even counting your calories. I'm 16 years old, 5'8, and weigh 135.5 pounds, but less than three months ago I weighed thirty pounds heavier. I stopped drinking soda and excluded all the fatty foods out of my life. You don't have to take laxatives to lose weight, you don't have to starve or throw up either. Just make a dramatic change and be persistant and results will eventually happen.

laxitives...they help I am also trying to loose weight bc i am TIRED of everyone being skinnier then me...I wanna be the one for once that they say aiden your so little :D but no v.v its everyone else, laxitives and dont eat that much so it dont absorb it its not healthy you willlll get sick, but its working for me, but when u stop taking them is when you want to keep working out a few times a week n i sugest going vegetarian after that ha

dont know what to belive because some say it will work and some say it won't, but i will probably try it anyways now because some said it works and had experience.  My body has already been through lots I can make it through this :P

Go vegan and start working out for at least an hour a day. I guarantee you will love the results after a month.

Hi sweetie! I am a personal trainer! Take my advice like GOLD. Put it in your phone, follow it daily. Run a mile every day, run half a mile on the days that you have OTHER physical activities planned (like dancing or sports). Do 15 push ups, 20 sit ups, and 1 minute plank (and 30s on each side) every day. Eating clean is essential, green tea after workouts is a must. I cut all things that come in a bag, (chips, onion rings, healthy snacks). Packaged things, even organic, have some type of chemicals which cause your metabolism to slow down. Eat raw veggies, lots of water, pasta, meat, and potatoes for your meals. And eat eggs. MILK, YOGURT, AND CHEESE ARE BAD. BAD. BAD. YOGURT IS A MYTH! FAT DISTRIBUTION LESSON- When you eat dairy (which your not supposed to after the age of 9), the fat is distributed in between your SKIN and your MUSCLES. When you have meat and fruit, the fat is distributed underneath your muscles, causing nice toned legs and abs ;)

NOOOOO. Vegan is terrible for your body! You need meat to put your fat in the right place. If you are vegan, your fat is distributed on top of you muscles so you have shakey, fatty legs even if your skinny. Even when eating tofu the protein isnt enough, and over time the coligen in your face will sink making you look like a methed out 30 year old. ALSO, it decreases life span, at age of 50 you will have bone deficiencies and painful arthritis and joints.
I know you think awww save the animals awww. But honestly, it is a given nutrition that no other thing gives. Protest HOW the government works not meat. Meat is an essential for your body. Sardinian people are the longest living people on the earth, they don't have cars or phones because they are so isolated so they walk everywhere. They only eat fish that they catch and pasta pasta pasta (its an italian island).

I liked your post and I was wondering how long did it take you to get down to your ideal weight of 115 lbs. using the laxatives? and what else did you do while you were taking them (diet, exercise etc.)? I am also 5'6 and 115 lbs. is my goal weight as well :)

First i would like to start off by saying i in no way encourage the use of laxatives for weight loss but as for your question yes is does make you lose weight i have used it and lost alot of weight but that was no without paying a price because laxatives one cause dehydration as it sucks alot of fluids out of your body and it also takes alot of the nutrients from your body as well as it can do alot of harmful things to your bowels and cause alot of problems including loss of bowel control. Using it caused me alot of bowels problems so its really not worth it. I am now on a medication prescribed by my doctor for weight loss it essentially causes the same side effects as laxatives do but is safer because i a monitered by a health care professional to insure that my nutrient levels are normal and that i am losing weight healthy. I think that when it comes to using things to aid in weight loss it is best to seek the advise of professionals because you don't want to end up doing more harm then good.

join a wrestling team in your school they loose 5 pounds a day in one practice and its a fun sport to do

Buy some adderall, i would loose 5lbs a month on adderall. It makes you hate food and speeds up you metabolism. i went from 214 to 130 in a few months!

Do the akins diet, it will make you loose at least 10 pounds in a week, stick to no carbs for just one week! Eat things like meats, eggs, jello, cheese, and porkrines. Its worked for me I've lost 15 pounds now. Just be carful and take a lot of vitamins and dont stay on it for more then a few weeks.
