Im really sorry all of you guys are having such a problem with this. I personally do not understand why there is such a problem with this. I am 24, been having sex since i was 18 and masturbating since i hit puberty. I have never had a problem with my foreskin at all. It has never gotten stuck or bled from anything i have done

It stretches and goes back to normal. The foreskin should have complete range of motion and should be able to be pulled all the way down to expose the entire head of your penis or the glands as it is called. The frenulum which is the skin beneath the opening of your penis does restrict movement of the foreskin if you never have pulled it back before. Unfortunately your guardians never taught you this. As a child you should have learned to pull the foreskin back everyday when you clean it. now you wouldn't have this problem.

Dude, this happens alot with 13-17 year olds. you dont relise that semen (CUM) comes fully out but sometimes it comes out when you're not aware of it... you're probably r just stuck . try washing it ALOT
