HIGHLY recommend the Energy Blueprint by Ari Whitten. He frequently does a free class and you can buy the program- which I did. He has an amazing breath technique that will immediately reset your parasympathetic part of your brain and stop anxiety attack.
Take a steady breath thru your nose then at the end of a normal inhalation- take a quick sniff of air at the end and release the breath slowly thru your mouth. It is amazing how it helps. I recommend you check into his research. God bless!

Hey... Sometimes I feel chest pain, like pinching something surrounding my chest on the left. I was scared at the start, but now it's ok. I want to know if this will happen again because of acidity or something else?

I have the exact same issue I take valerian and helps but I also smoke it might help maybe to quit smoking and start some exercise I guess you guys reply’s are awesome thanx I might go to the Er to check it but also last year I had a panick attack that lasted months they could not fix it with meds .. and anxiety so it might have been that I had extreme fatigue and all of that … so my next step is exercise diet quitting chain smoking best of luck to you guys
