For anyone who's kids are experiencing bleeding, my brother had his tonsils out 2 years ago because of constant infections, he was 28 at the time and when he did he kept experiencing bleeding and throat pain and this was because he went on warm soft foods too fast, which you also did with your daughter but you shouldn't have, and should stay away even from warm foods too, if you give her soup it should be cold because where they cut the tonsils out it needs to heal and even warm food agitates it and will open up the wound and cause bleeding, it takes more than just a week to heal up, it takes up to a month to fully heal up sadly, i know it's not gonna be pleasant for your kids always eating cold soap or cold mushed up carrots but as long as it's not healed you shouldn't even give them warm food or you will agitate where they cut to take out the tonsils.
