Many people have low acid stomach, or hypochlorhydria.You don't produce enough stomach aid to digest your food. Which can lead to parasite infestation. A good nutritionist should be able to help. Dint ever take acid blocking drugs. They make everything worse and ruin your stomach.

I have this problem since i was 13 or 14 and now i am almost 30. Its an on and off problem for me. I used to have very bad pain (in the middle section of my belly) sometimes after a meal, its especially when I haven't sh*t in days. And the pain is so bad I can't walk or stand straight and my stomach would be so bloated it balloon up to what looks like a 2-3 months pregnant belly. (Yes i have people giving up their seats to me)

I don't really know the exact trigger because the pain was away for awhile, when I am not eating 3 full meals per day (just eating 2 meals or 2.5 - brunch, dinner and a light supper). Or when I have better rest: i have bad sleeping habits too.

However, i still get pain in another area, -
in the lower section of my belly, after I sh*t. So basically i will get some form of pain no matter what I do. But the worst have always been the ones after meal.

I have seen a doctor a few times about this problem. (Sometimes for constipation, sometimes for the pain) and they would check me and say "gas" and "full of sh*t" and give me medicine to make me sh*t but that is about it...)

i actually feel quite helpless about it.

hi any cure found,please let us know.lot of us having this issue including me.I am 27.As far as i found,only antioxidants rich foods(plus healthy diet) are giving temporary relief for me.everyone try this.antioxidant rich fruits which i am having 1.tulsi water 2.cinnamon water 3.amla water in early morning(empty stomach)

Hi, did you get any answers? I have the exact same problem, literally down to a tee. It doesn’t always happen but when it does the pain starts off not too bad and the more I walk around the worse and worse it gets and feels like my tummy is getting more and more bloated. Even sitting for 5 mins releives the pain. If I sit for 30 mins or so it will be gone. Now I am so conscious not to eat a big meal if I know I will be waking it’s horrible.
