I am sorry to hear that, I had the same problem with my stomach. Unexpected and embarrassing loud noises. I took NutriClean Probiotics and Complete Greens. I feel relief and happy now. Sure it will help you. Bye

For all of you who have this problem, I used to have it and I know how embarrassing it is,but now it's gone, I am gonna advice to do this steps:
don't drink water on the morning before getting your breakfast.
stop drinking coffee, tea or anything has high vlue of sugar.
eat healthy food that contains fiber like vegetables.
take gas-X
eat plenty of food when you get your dinner.
don't eat diary food alot especially cheese.
at the end, don't think about it.
Hope these will work for all of you! if not you should see a doctor then. :)

Just eat activia! People, I just remember reading someone post about yogurts and so I went to the store the nice day. Yes sometimes my stomach still make noice but you can barely hear it now. Thank the Lord, because the noise was starting to ruin my self-esteem. Well I hope this will help other people. This is one of the first thing I eat, to start my day right. Later

Folks,
My heart goes out to all of you; at age 34 or so I started getting these noises and the discomfort. I was in college (I know, a late bloomer) and it was quite embarrassing at first...during quiet moments in class my bowels sounded like I was passing gas, but it was just my intestines doing their thing. Rather than pretend it wasn't me or have everyone in class disturbed I, being older than most, simply stated, "this is what happens when you get old...your guts start making noises!". Everyone got a laugh and it became normal. I didn't let it control my life and acknowledged it. 10 years later I'm working in an office environment (in between I was an aviator and no one hears any body noises on a plane) and early on I made the same statement to my colleagues...it's just what my body does...sorry for the disturbance. Again we all got a laugh about the idiosyncrasies of the human body and no harm, no foul. It has not affected my private life...it's just part of living. On really loud days everyone laughs and we'll make jokes about the last meal or whatever. All that aside, if there is a cure I'm in for it; but for all of you...don't skip class, fail tests or lose jobs over it...acknowledge it and go on. Life's too short to let a little stomach rumbling ruin it.

In my case it turned out to be "gastritis" which is inflamation in the linking of the stomach.
It requires a change in diet and lifestyle to heal, and there are medications that make it heal faster.
A lot of food have to be avoided until the condition gets better, google diet for gastritis for more info.
One year after the diagnosis and I still have lots of leftover problems, but knowing the list of foods and lifestyle that causes it makes managing it easier.
Must get plenty of sleep, avoid acidic food, food with small seeds, sugar, and unfortunately a large percentage of all the food out there is to be avoided.

This condition has effected my life so negatively! Going to night school was just a constant dread for three years, so embaressing, you loose concentration because your so focused on preying your stomach wont grumble! I ended up bunking off a lot of lessons, it wasnt hunger either as I would eat porridge before i would go. I now dread job interviews and going to seminars for work. There are a couple of tricks I use which seems to helps the problem a lot!
* Warm drinks. Sooths and settles the stomach, I drink a lot of black coffee and room temp or warmer water is good too. Take these into interview/classroom/conference with you and sip slowly (So that it lasts!!)
*Mints. I swear by Polo Mints, they have been my saviour during exams. Extra Strong mints are a good alternative. Theory, the peppermint soothes the stomach.
*Thick milkshake (Obv not for the lactose intolerant tho) my theory is that milk settles the stomach which is why this might work.
Avoid walloping down food such sandwiches or other high bad carb food, these seem to aggrevate it more for me. I dont know if these tips will help for anyone else but they do for me :-)

I have been reading your posts and I have had squeeking, gurgling and fluttering in my intestine for some time, at work was the
worst time as my stomach would make these incredable loud gurgling and they were not the orginaly hunger noises, funny thing was it would happen every afternoon, and in a small office this was a problem, it was effecting my work. I would sit with my sweater around my stomach to muffle the sounds. I tried to think back to what I had previously eaten at dinner or breakfast hoping to eliminate the offending food. This went on for weeks. I of course did internet searcshes until I found a post on Candidia, yeast gone wild in your intestine and found it was bread but especially sugar. I stopped and realized that I was having a cup of
Cameomile(sp) or green tea each morning, at mid morning and for lunch but I would add 2 to 2 1/2 teaspoons of sugar. I immediately cut out sugar and the next afternoon, only the smallest of squeeking, fluttering, gurgling. I have ceased putting sugar
in my tea and today I am fine. I have not ready everything about Candidia and perhaps I do not have it but it makes sense that sugar and yeast in the intestine created this reaction in my intestine. Hope this helps someone out there

Thank you for posting! This makes sense. I've found that my stomach growling is the worst after drinking a Coke or anything carbonated, full of sugar. I eat yogurt on a very regular basis. I try for daily. My stomach growling can be bad at times, but it's not as routine-shattering as some I've read here today. My heart goes out to each of you! I'm going to try several of these recommendations and see where it takes me.

eric747, I think you are on to something. Seems like most people with this problem have Candida overgrowth. A much small portion has some type of bacterial infection. Anyways here are two very helpful sites for everyone (also I would stay away from bentonite...I think it was the cause of many of my problems).
