I have had this problem for years and agree with the pH problem , a friend told me about a product called Ekocrystals that helped his arthritis , I had a read of the website and ppl said it had fixed their reflux problem , Im usually the first person to call bs on this type of thing but after years of constant stomach noises 24/7 I thought for the cost i'd try it , I drank 2 700ml bottles of water the first day with it added and it was the first night in years that I was quiet , there was NO noise at all .
Before you say it was prolly just the amount of water , it wasnt I have tried drinking heaps of water over the years with no change , Eko balances the acid in your system and after a month now it's still great , I here my stomach sometimes after eating but even then it is no where near as loud , Ive tried diet , drinking olive oil , no alcohol , no salt , dairy , wheat , coffee , ive tried it all , this truly helped and it so easy and inexpensive , hope it helps you too .....

I am 53 and have had this problem since I was young. It always seemed to get worse after I ate, but I could never predict when it would happen. There are a few things that I have stumbled onto that help. First, for a short time after my daughter was born I took took Detrol LA, which is for overactive bladder. Since it is an antispasmodic I noticed that it helped alot with my stomach noise. I now only take one when I will be somewhere that I am worried about my stomach. The second thing is magnesium. I take the Jigsaw brand of slow release magnesium 500 mg a day. The third thing is that I have cut out most carbohydrates from my diet and try to follow a high fat ketogenic diet. This has probably been the most helpful since I do not want to take the Detrol every day. These 3 things have cut my stomach issues about 95% and made them manageable.

Hi I'm 16 now and I've had constant stomach noises for over a year now, I've ended up eating between my lessons because it's has ruined my life, people sit next to me and laugh and patronisingly say "you hungry?" Sometimes I go to the toilet in the middle of a lesson when it starts to happen just to eat, people wonder why I've gone for so long and make jokes as to why. This is why it's ruined my life, i might sound dramatic but I feel like my self esteem has dropped so much that I can't picture myself having a relationship or doing the job I want because of the reaction my peers give me. I'm pretty sure I don't have ibs but I'm not sure and I haven't tried any medicine because my mum says 'I'm fine' but I feel my stomach empty really quickly a lot so maybe I have a high metabolism? I just can't keep constantly eating I have a phobia of eating in front of people too which makes this all worse. I'd say I get the noises from anxiety but I get anxiety actually waiting for my stomach to actually make the sounds! It's like a huge cycle and I really don't know what to do, my mocks and real exams are coming up so I'm sooo scared that the noises will start in those too as they have once before and people stared at me :( please any ideas I'm desperate.

Sorry that the post sounds all muddled up and the words don't sound right together, I wrote it kind of frantically as I'm panicking a bit and would really just love a way to prevent these noises.

Go buy CBD oil right now! It's kind of expensive and I don't know how or why it works but it is an absolute miracle to my life and hope it will be to yours. Just put a few drops on your tongue every few hours. My silent classes left me in the same anxious positions which only made the problem worse and caused my grades and reputation to suffer. I pray for you and hope you will find this product as amazing as I did!

Hey y'all. I developed this problem about 8 months ago and have been living in absolute misery. The belching sounds start at the base of sternum and travel up my esophagus. It happens no matter what time of day, whether I eat nothing or eat too much and I seem to really struggle in anxious situations. The issue forced me to quit school because I would uncontrollably croak in the middle of silent classes, during tests and while I thought i could play it off as stomach growls, I started noticing people making fun of me. I've had so many hopeless theories about my LES being permanently dysfunctional and worried that maybe drinking too much coffee has affected me forever. I would exercise and monitor my first consistently. I was reluctant to seek medical answers after reading other stories with the same issue and no answer. I tried every antacid and home remedy which all seemed to make the problem worse. After reading this post, I feel so thankful. I purchased the CBD oil and already notice improvements on the first day. I'm so amazed and astounded with this product. Go get it right away!

Okay guys serious update and I hope this helps you! I have had this problem for about 8 months now and have been so frustrated by this embarrassing circumstance. I started palpating the area where I felt the noise to be coming from to understand what the heck is causing it. I felt a small bulge right below my sternum and started googling the body's anatomy to figure out what organ might be felt there. My suspicion was that my esophagus or some other organ might be inflamed. Through heavy research and the help of nursing school thought processing, I figured out that I have a small hernia. A hernia is a protrusion of organ parts through a weak muscle that would typically hold it in place. I haven't been to the doctor to confirm this yet but because of the annoying and constant gurgling sound, I found out that a hernia of the stomach can cause this loud sound because our bowels are in constant digestive motion, even if you haven't eaten. I'm almost positive this must be my diagnosis and feel so relieved to have potentially reached a conclusion. I worked a very strenuous job waiting tables for over a year prior to these symptoms and am putting all of the pieces together. If you think there may be a reason your muscles are weak ( not enough stomach crunches) or have somehow strained yourself during work or exercise, this might be your cause as well. Seek doctor verification and I will try to update but getting the problem resolved as soon as possible, if it is a hernia is recommended. It's a pretty common thing, more so than any of us realized and there's no need to be embarrassed because all people are made with the same anatomical components and potential for a disruption in bodily functions. Don't let anyone be mean to you. I hope this helps!

Are you talking about hiatus hernia? I see a reason to why it can happen. Have you ever experience the symptom while just breathing normally, then you hear your stomach make a nose?

Please update this trying to solve the pieces.
