So in that reply to that message when I said "And that was maybe 5 days ago" I don't want you get it messed up. The time it happened it was about 5 days ago. But I took a shower yesterday. I read that again a few minutes ago. And I thought "They might think I haven't showered in 5 days. OH NOOO
I longest I haven't showered is maybe 2-3 days, but I try to take a shower every day to every other day. :)

Kia ora, thanks for sharing. I've had these cuts for many years now and nearly every month. Could you please tell me what hormone cream you used? Thanks

I think that I may be offer able to offer some suggestions that may help some of you. I agree that I believe this is a yeast or BV issue. I think it has to do with an imbalance in the pH in your vagina. Something that has helped me a lot with this issue is taking a women's probiotic daily. Get a probiotic with at least 50Billion CFUs. The occurrences of these cuts happen WAY less frequently since I started the probiotics. I still have these cuts around my period, but they're less painful and heal quicker. I found that another thing that helps to heal them is taking sitz baths. A sits bath is a small tub that goes over the toilet or you can just take a warm bath and put a lot of Epsom salt in it. Sit in the tub for at least 15 to 20 minutes with the Epsom salt. I found that this speeds up the healing process and also offers temporary relief from the pain, or itching. When you DONT have the cuts, I recommend using boric acid suppositories to balance your vaginal PH. Boric Acid also helps with any smells and will create more wetness if you're often dry. Do not use the boric acid when you have cuts, it will burn. I hope you find this info helpful!
