cuts on inner labia

I started hurting reallllyyyyy bad about 5 days ago .. Ive found I have like 5 cuts down below, but here is how it starts. I was hurting for 2 days & I went to my GYN & had to see a different doc. I felt like she kind of brushed me off (my reg GYN was out of town). Anyway I'm talking excruciating pain & she said it was because I have a cut between my vagina & backside & a yeast infection .. I told her I think I also have a UTI bc as vulgar as this sounds it feels like my uterus is gonna fall out when I go pee. No burning nothing she said no UTI, although they had been getting false negatives on their machine she said, & sent me on my way with a prescription for the yeast infection & something for a UTI just in case & told me to use vagisil on the cut she saw. I took the meds right away. Later on I got much worse!!! It hurts sooooo bad for me to pee I cry .. It burns like H*LLLLLL. I have never experienced that. I went on to discover I have a cut at the opening of my vagina, on my inner labia on both sides, I think around my clit, & I think I also have one maybe right beside my urethral opening & maybe this is why it burns so bad???? As well as the cut the doc orginally saw between my vagina & backside. I have tried everything for the cuts to heal & I'm getting no relief. I've used vagisil, vagisil wipes, applied yogurt down below, took a warm vinegar bath, destin, neosporin(which I read was a no no), vaseline, dermoplast (same thing they gave me to help heal when I had my episiotomy after I had my daughter), &NOTHING is making me feel better. I've been drinking nothing but cranberry juice & water & I don't know what to do. My docs office told me to go to the ER if I continued to get worse, but I'm like what that's what I paid y'all for ....... This is the worst pain everrrrrr

You guys have nooo idea how much this reassured me. I'm 17 years old and I'm experiencing the same things, and I was freaking out. Googling it brought up pictures of stds, and nothing looked right exept maybe syphilis, but that wouldnt make sense because I'm a virgin. I was honestly freaking out, even though my mom told me it was probably just a yeast infection when I googled it it said nothing about getting cuts there. Im in so much pain every time I urinate and up to 15 minutes after. Last night I was up untill 3:15 because of it, and I can hardly walk. I've never experienced anything more painful, and this is coming from a girl who's had her tonsils so swolen they touched eachother! Now that I know I'm normal though and its just a yeast infection (which im being treated for) how do I get the cuts to go away or at least stop hurting when I pee. I had to stay home from school today because of it and I dont want to miss more, but theres no way I can go if I cant function because of the pain. Its not just one cut, theres a big one where my butt and vagina meet, and a whole line of them on the inner left side of my inner labia

Thank God im not alone, Im 31 years and healthy just had my last born after twins, have had this cuts since my twins were born, tests were made and everything is all good, but they keep coming back and makes it uncomforable when having sex with hubby...pls help what could be the problem, i dont enjoy sex anymore because of these cuts, they irritable.

I really do hope that you are going to a clinic for a medical assessment of this condition (I will be too for my small cut like bumps). I am concerned by the description you've used to portray your boyfriend. He sounds like a selfish as****e. He put his huge penis into your sensitive vagina 8 times in a day!? and then didn't even consider how you might feel emotionally or physically?? When you mentioned that you let him put it in you again despite the pain, I got especially upset. I know he got you pregnant and you probably want him to stay around, but if he cheated once he will probably cheat again, not because he doesn't feel an attachment to you... but because he is a selfish immature person. Just because he doesn't show symptoms DOES NOT MEAN that he doesn't have an std... most men never find out that they are spreading stds. GET CHECKED. I really hope that your mother said this to you too and that she was concerned by your prick "man", please be safe.

I have a hole the size of my pinky nail on the back part of my lip. I actually two next to each other. It looks like a piercing that has been stretched out. It is sore especially when my clothes rub against it. What is this ???? Help

I went to the drs and they said it cld be a form of herpes..don't kno yet..waitin for results from the culture.

I am so disillusioned after ready everyone's posts and not finding an answer. :-( 

i went to my Doctor and complained of the same symptoms the rest prof you have. He told me to use Replens every dafor for two months. I've done that for two weeks to no avail.

when he returns from holidays, I'm going to see him again. I'll insist on seeing a specialist and asking about that cream one of you has mentioned (the steroid cream)

I have the same problem. I went to the doctor and got tested for herpes...unfortunately The test came back positive. My bf had a cold sore that we didn't know about and he did oral. It's tough because I don't ever have bumps like google shows its always these small "cuts" best bet is to always get tested just in case

Lucky for me, mine was a yeast infection!

I was put on Fluconazole and it went away within 2 days. I was extremely happy, as you can imagine.

It's Herpes - 1/4 women have it. It's a very mild form as your body is fighting the virus well. Go to your local gum clinic when you have the tiny paper cut like lesion and get them to swab it...

I, too, have been suffering from this problem and just thought I was getting older and my tissue was getting thinner...or there was hair...or my pants were too tight...   I read several sites and decided to try the Monistat idea (I've NEVER had a yeast infection...ever) because it came up time and time again that it could be a type of yeast infection...but I did not have any discharge or odor.  Well...all I used was the cream that comes with the Monistat package and it cleared up in almost 24 hours...  Hooray!!!
