It has to do with seritonin receptors in the intestines. You get a rush of feel good chemicals in your system (oxytocin, dopamine, adrenaline) and it overloads these receptors. In response it causes your bowels to evacuate.
I’m still looking for ways to help control this. But in short your body is responding to pleasure and arousal like a stimulant drug. Like amphetamines.
