No it isn't. contrary to popular belief there is no "normal" penis size. If you google "average penis size" you will find lots if studies (legitimate studies) on what an average males penis size is. You are on the upper end of average but by no means "too big". The only down side to your size is that you may have to spend more time getting your future wife aroused before penetration. That means longer sex sessions :-)! If a woman can squeeze an 7-9 pound baby through her vagina then I'm sure your 7 inch penis is no big deal.
Everyone's grows at a different rate and different size. My boyfriend is 15 and he's past 7 inches. It's completely normal.
