I am a 40-year-old male and have the following symptoms in my lower left abdomen: localized waves of irritation/burning that seem to be worse when lying on my back, after drinking, and include flatulence. The symptoms started about 2 months ago and last for about a week, then go for about 3 weeks. I had an abdominal ultrasound so waiting for those results. I’m thinking something is wrong with my colon. Not very painful, but recurring and uncomfortable. Does this sound similar to anyone’s experience?
