hi im 25 years old too still have the same experience with you, but still havent see my doctor yet because im afraid of surgery, in my case the pain started in my left testicle when i do skateboarding a lot for a couple of months ago, and then I found that it can be cure by lying in bed and lie your feet on the wall by turning your body upside down and put a bunch of pillow on your hips for about 30 to 45 mins. do it before you eat your breakfast and before you sleep at night, everyday. after a week i felt better but since i really love skateboarding i keep on playing for about a week, and now i fell another pain in my lower left abdomen when apply pressure and uncomfortable when do some activities. pls help us.

Despite what everybody says, we do not all "have the exact same thing."  I'm pretty sure the women don't have testicular pain.

That said, the OP pretty much described me to a T.

I have had left testicular pain for about 5 years.  It is a dull pain, that I can also feel in my lower left stomach.  Perhaps slightly in my back as well.  It comes and goes, usually lasts a week or so, but my current episode has been going on for 6 weeks.  When I originally went to the Dr, they did the ultrasound, blood test, urine, etc.  They said I had a spermaticele.  People have similar symptoms with varioceles and hydraceles.  (Not sure of the spelling on these.)  I'm interested in people saying they have colonic polyps.  I have never had a colonoscopy, but plan on it.  My father had these when he was about 10 or 15 years older than I am now.  I'm 45, exercise and in good health otherwise.

Just giving an update, since my last post I've seen my doctor.  I was sent for an ultrasound of my testicles, bladder and kidneys.  It was clear with the exception of "bilateral cysts" of the epididymis.  I now have an appointment with a urologist and a gastso doc for a colonoscopy.

Updating again. I've had now had the ultrasound, 3 urine tests (the first dip test came back high protein, but the next 2 have been good), and extensive bloodwork, CBC and a bunch of other stuff. Saw the urologist today and she said that everything looks good. Said she thinks my cysts are too small to be causing the pain. Colonoscopy next.....I wish they would have done the follow ups with the urologist and gastro 5 years ago when I first went in.

Well, I had my colonoscopy and they found and removed multiple polyps, 2 described as "large". They were benign, but the doctor said I was lucky I didn't wait any longer because they don't always stay that way. I really felt like this was coming from my left testicle and felt like a "pulling" in my lower left stomach. It was aggravated by heavy lifting and twisting. Again, I had this feeling off and on for 5 years. If you have this, seriously, you need to get a colonoscopy. People really make it sound a lot worse than it is. You are out of it when they do the procedure. The prep isn't nearly as bad as what most people make it sound. The whole thing is really easy to tell you the truth. Hope this helps someone. Good luck guys.

I am also facing the same issue. Pain in the lower left abdomen. Even i went for endoscopy and ultrasound as well but everything was normal. But its not like that. I experience this pain due to gases. When i pass the gases, the pain goes away.

I also have this pain , tried all pain killers that was prescribed and morphine no luck still got pain. also has all kinds of scans ,ultra sounds and blood tests and been admitted 4 times and refused twice by my own doctor to be admitted. they found a kidney stone on my left and a hernia above belly button and constant back aches. have had 12 doctors look at me and not one can tell me what the pain is. even asked to open me up to see but refused lol 2 years had mine and it stops me doing a lot of things and rely fed up with the doctors. last week in so much pain I couldn't stop crying and I 47 years old. never felt anything worse then this pain.
