The pitch was great, all the testimonials were great and for sure the product was great. Well it wasn't. It made my psoriasis worse, I was grumpy because I was hungry. It didn't help when I reached out and was told maybe I need to workout more. I worked out 1 hr, 5 times a week. I was losing weight, but I put it down to to all the exercise and less food. The thing is, it was sold to me as being a nutritional cleansing product and yet my psoriasis got worse, my immune system was the worse it had been in a long time because I was getting colds every other week. I have found proper eating in general is far better than this product. I do supplement with natural wholefood products when I'm super busy. Eat more greens. Fruits and veggies are number one! Whole natural food baby, everything falls into place.
Because of my experience, I will never let anyone I love, use isagenix. NEVER!!

It works but you gain as soon as you go off it. I lost 1
the lbs on a 30 day, tried to do a second round and passed out cleansing . I went to try it again last year and was violently I'll.

I used it and lost weight but gained it all back plus more when I stopped it. Plus this is not a healthy diet. You are starving your body. The list of ingredients in that shake powder is crazy....what is actually in it????? If you can't pronounce it you shouldn't eat. This is a multi level marketing business. I don't believe you give it away to who can't afford it. That stuff is way too expensive to do that. Plus 2 days of not eating.....very unhealthy. You people who love the products are all brainwashed....it's like a cult.

You are so right. The people who push these products are NOT nutritionists and are advising people on how to eat. I know people who sell it. The one guy was a lawyer now he exclusively sells this stuff and is making a ton of money. Overweight people get taken advantage of for these quick weight loss schemes. If you lose 9 lbs. in 5 days, that is unhealthy. People want a magic pill an d that is isagenix. It works because you are basically eating about 600 calories a day which is borderline anorexic. Someone said "it's cheaper than buying healthy food and doing it yourself". That is the stupidest thing I've ever heard and technically they are saying Isagenix is not healthy. 600 calories a day does not allow you to build healthy muscle and you are literally starving your body. Believe me I did the program, lost a lot of weight and looked good. As soon as I was at my desired weight I figured I would go back to eating regular food.....well gained all the weight back plus more. Now I am doing it the right way....eating nutritional food as per my nutritional coach and trainer, working out and taking vitamins. Please DO NOT do Isagenix.

Isagenix is not a diet. It is food and supplementation. It works if you follow the system and allow enough time (which is different for every person because no one body is the same) for your body to go through the regeneration and retracing process. Those who did not get the results they had hoped for did not allow the system to work for them. If you go and do your research you will confirm these things I say are true. The body is a miraculous machine and when you fuel it properly you will achieve the vibrant health you desire. As a added bonus as you flood your body with superfood nutrition and release impurities that can aid in disease prevention as well as weight loss and favorable changes to your body composition (inches)

It sounds like you were after a cure for your psoriasis and when it didn't come then you claim the product was the problem even the product makes no claims of any kind of cure... Hmm even the psoriasis website says there is no cure.. You do know that your psoriasis could be a reaction to something natural which is healthy for 99% of the population - just like my son is allergic to nuts - and they are not bad for us. Just easier to blame the product I suppose...

People say "as soon as I stopped I gained weight again" - my response - of course you do if you go back to eating the excess calories you were eating before. If you stop going to the gym you stop getting results, if you stop swimming you lose the skill, you cannot just expect to stop something and maintain it forever.

People say "it is just about cutting down calories" - my response - of course it is because right now you are consuming way too many calories than your body requires to function and many of them are wasted calories from nutrient poor food. If you actually worked out the amount of 'nutrient dense' calories you required to live a healthy life you may be very surprised.

People say "I was hungry" - my response - of course you 'felt' hungry, your body has been trained incorrectly and has grown accustomed to the miss-treatment. Your brain is telling you to eat because eating has become a habit, not because you are hungry.

People say "those sharing are not dietitians or nutritionalist" - my response - neither is the person down at the supermarket, or the local takeaway food shop but still you take their advise.. But that aside some people recommending these products are highly qualified and yet you still only choose to believe the ones who give you the advise you want to hear. It is called confirmation bias....

People say "if you cannot understand the ingredients then it is no good for you" - my response - have you seen the ingredients list for a banana, an apple, or any of the other foods you shovel into your mouth? If you did then you would very quickly feel very stupid about that statement.

Truth is Isagenix still requires hard work and commitment to changing your lifestyle, it is not for everybody, and it may not be the perfect solution for you but that doesn't mean the thousands of people it has helped are liars and that the product doesn't work.

I just started this program because I need to lose at least 60 lbs. my issue is I can't work out due to injuries. So how my days should I do this for as I'm 5"11 thick 320lbs

You can work out 7 days a week for 2 hours a day, and not get the results you are looking do because what people don't understand is that it's 80% nutrition, 20% exercise. When you are trying to eat healthy, this is the absolute cheapest alternative! Where it seems expensive is the fact that you are purchasing 4 weeks of groceries up front. When you go grocery shopping, you are only buying a weeks worth, and you would have to eat around 15 bowls of a fruit or vegetable today, to get the same nutrition that your great great grandparents got out of one bowl YEARS ago!!!! Our crops are nutrient depleted!!!! Good luck on your journey!
