I have just started the 30 day cleanse I'm on day 8 and have lost 9lbs and 18inches ! I have about 65lbs to lose. I won't lie the first few days I felt terrible but I'm sure it was the effect of not drinking caffine anymore. Now I feel fantastic. You eat real food everyday up to 600 cal in one meal you just have to make better choices and yes you are hungry but its only because your body is used to eating whatever and whenever it wants so yes its going to take time to adjust. It is expensive but so is every other program out there but this was at least has results I've tried them all and so far I love isagenix the most

Yes it does work. The key is staying on the diet and exercise. I have seen close friends lose 50 pounds in a few months. I have been on it for a little more then a week and have lost 10 pounds. Like any weight loss you have to want it. Stay with the program, exercise. Good luck.

I am on day 6 and I've lost 14 lbs, and 20 1/2 inches, my husband has lost 12 lbs and 20 inches, I started at 170lbs and he started at 250 lbs. we have 4 more days of shake and then 2 more cleanse days and I can't wait to see what our measurements are on Monday! This works you HAVE to follow it by the book. It will be the best 11 days I commit to my life and wellness. My coach is Ken Ludwig and I plan on doing a shake for breakfast with a scoop of daily cleanse every day for now on.  Btw I have NOT been in the toilet and we feel this was worth the $ and time.

I am using Isagenix for my 4th time - just starting week 2. I've completed the 30 Day Cleanse twice and tried the 9 day program once. I am one of those people who diets before summer, xmas and spring break vacations. In between those times, I have lots of fun putting the weight back on and later wonder why I've let myself get back to square one again. I then proceed to eat all of the bad foods I can while building up the courage to start my next health kick.... I know....this is such bad practice. I've always had success with Isagenix. When starting the program, I am typically 15-20 pounds overweight and in the run of the 30 day program, I typically lose 6-8 lbs in the first week and 2-3 lbs/week in the remaining 3. In the past, I've tried many diet programs and really enjoyed the success and energy achieved with the GI Diet, but now that I have a toddler and busy work schedule, Isagenix is a great fit for my lifestyle. The GI diet requires lots of prep time in the kitchen preparing healthy snacks and meals. I am not knocking the GI diet because I had great results, lots of energy and the books provided some very useful knowledge and healthy recipes that I will always keep with me. My personal health goal at this time is to end my yoyo weight cycle. I am currently trying new gym classes and have started an app on my smartphone to learn to run 5K. My plan is to attend 2-3 classes per week of weights as well as 2 cardio classes in addition to learning to run. I am also adding in hot yoga when I have free time as I've just started this over the last 3 weeks and really enjoy the classes - definitely helps to destress as well. In the past, for the Isagenix 30 day program, I mainly just completed the minimum 30 -40 minutes of exercise 6 days/week and I was happy with my results. This time, I am making the effort to find activities that I enjoy to continue on a regular basis following the 30 days which also includes weight classes to increase my muscle mass and running which I can do anywhere and at any time - no excuses ...even on vacation. I've also convinced a few of my friends to join the same gym to prevent my last minute ditching of classes when I have a lazy moment and my gym has excellent daycare services so I have no roadblocks. My dietary plan following the 30 days is to continue with the shakes for breakfast while trying to follow the GI diet closely and allowing for 1 treat per week. I am wishing you all the best of luck with your health goals and appreciate everyone sharing their experiences.

Try the Ionix with warm water instead of cold and it tastes much better.

Yes, Isagenix is billion dollar company that has been around for ten years and offers health solutions on various levels. I personally did the 9 Day Cleanse and lost 8 pounds and now three months later have kept it all off. I continue to use the Isagenix products and have increased my muscle mass by over 3% now. The best part is that Isagenix is not a diet plan. It is a system that fits into your life. How much weight do you want to lose?

I tried Isagenix twice in my life with two different results.  So I think what you get out of this program is totally dependent on what you are willing to do (at that stage in your life) and probably the reason why some people do well and some don't.  I am a healthy 46 year old that exercises regularly and eats healthy.  I tried Isagenix twice in my life.  The first time was when I turned 40.  I had a spike in my weight gain.  I tired Isagenix and immediately lost 7 pounds on the first day, but hated the taste, "cheated" a lot with food, got depressed having shakes instead of meals, and eventually gave up after reaching the weight I was before my "spike" (total weight loss 9 pounds).  I just continued to eat healthy and exercise and the weight stayed.

Now fast forward to present, I had another spike of weight gain.  This time, I was willing to go through a lot more because it's harder to lose weight at my age (than before).  I tried eating less and exercising more, but didn't help.  So I expected more resistance by my body to lose weight.  I just finished the 9-day program and only lost 4 pounds.  But 4 pounds at my age, for someone that already exercises a lot and eats healthy is huge! I did not "cheat" this time either and stuck to the program.  So I plan to continue until I reach my former weight.  What surprised me is that I am really enjoying the experience this time.  I don't know what the difference is between before and now, but I don't find the taste repelling anymore.  Between the snacks and the shakes, I don't get very hungry.  There is a base-line of being semi-hungry, but it's not that bad (sort of like how you feel close to meal time).

So hang in there!  It will work if you want it to.  But it may be dependent on what you are willing to do (probably true for everything in life).

Our family has been using the products for over 5 years, with fabulous results. My one son was able to ween off medications for one of the many over-diagnosed things get misdiagnosed for, when all they really need is NUTRIENTS, for proper brain functioning and development.  My son is a pick eater, so adding IsaFruits and IsaGreens to the protein shakes, was the easiest way to get a healthy, balanced meal into him... FULL of great nutrients! My cousin lost over 80 lbs on the program, even without exercise, since she couldn't because of surgery. My mom lost about 15 lbs (and looks fabulous!)  I didn't need to lose weight, so I just did one 30 day program to get started, and immediately switched over to the maintenance program -- I have more energy, and sleep wayyyy better than I ever did before.  Also, my morning neck stiffness went away completely.

If you try to implement Isagenix into your lives, and continue eating fast food, or nutrient deficient food in general, and laying around watching TV most of the time... at least your body will be getting "some" extra great nutrients -- but you certainly won't get the desired results that you are looking for.  Most people that I know that felt Isagenix "didn't work", didn't really use the system properly -- didn't do their cleanse days, and only had their shake once in awhile.

You'll get the desired results based on how well you follow the program.  Still, something is better than nothing.  And, having high quality nutrients, with no weight loss, STILL ='s a healthier body... and in the end, your HEALTH is what counts!!!

Isagenix is a proven method of living a healthy lifestyle.  I am a 57 year old male.  I began the program by using the 30 Day Cleanse.  During that month, I went from 190 lbs to 175 lbs.  BMI was 26.36 (overweight) to 24.40 (normal range).  Total inches lost during the 30 days was 14.  I have transitioned to the Healthy Lifestyle program where I can maintain the progress that I've made.  I was skeptical at first, but now that I've experienced positive change in my health, I feel compelled to let others know.  Other benefits that I've found are that prior to beginning this program, I experienced terrible sinus problems (for many years).  That has completely disappeared.  I believe that part is because of the product Isagenix has to offer, and part is because I've completely changed my eating habits, where there may have been foods that I was allergic to that I'm no longer eating.  My energy level is much higher than it used to be, and I'm sleeping through the night.  If you are not completely happy with the results that you get, your Isagenix representative will make arrangements to have all your money refunded 100%.  There is not a financial risk and the health benefits are many.

I love this product. Because of injuries cannot exercise hardly at all--gained weight. I lost 7 lbs in 10 days and now I am up to 12 lbs. I have lost more than weight too---lost 5 inches in my waist--15 inches overall. I am so excited--it is easy to use and works. A great program to help you with health as well as weight loss.

Yes it is true. I lost 5 kilos in 2 weeks and I did not think I was overweight. I was just trying to tone up. I went from 58kls to 53kls. I have been using the products for the past 12 months. I was given a programme, that included Isagenics and a little exercise and got great results. Y

My wife and I bought a 30 day and are splitting it. So far after day 2 she lost 8 lbs and I have lost 6 lbs. So far it seems to be working. Using the product right and not cheating isn't easy. Having a good coach and not someone who's just selling the product helps alot too. Drinking water, and eating the snacks etc.at the appropiate times is key. If you don't get enough food for the lunch I was told your body can store food because you are starving yourself. She had me eat more at night because I was short (I even overestimated that by 1-200 calories) but still lost weight drinking 120+ oz of water each day.
