I agree with the guy above on the masturbation aspect but not totally with the lifting. Lifting weights that are in proportion and appropriate for your age, weight, strength and build has actually been proven to prevent injury, stimulate endorphins and builds a good muscle balance if done right. If you don't feel comfortable lifting weights then doing simple exercises such as sit ups, press ups, pull ups (if you have a bar), unweighted squats and calf raises (most of these can be done at home with no equipment except the pull ups. If you dont know what any of them are the best thing to do is YouTube it.)
