Not eating for 2 weeks will not help you lose weight. You new to eat healthy food try coconut oil instead of butter. Drink coffee in the morning, it jump starts your metablism. Eat egg whites for breakfast with a piece of wheat toast. Drink skim milk with breakfast (it keeps you full. Drink 8oz of water before your meal. Eat turkey (turkey is better than chicken for you) or a chicken breast (grill chicken is best) for lunch with a small (hand size) salad (spinach lettuce is best with light dressing). Drink 8oz of water beforr dinner, this helps you feel full faster. For dinner eat grilled fish (do not eat everyday bc you may get murcery poisoning), grilled chicken, pork tenderloin, or turkey. Have wheat rice and peas for small sides. Use toney's seasonin or season salt for flavor, if needed. Your 2 snaks per day should consist of Yogert (light), peanuts (plain), pastachios (better for you than peanuts), special k cracker chips, smoothie (low cal one or get fat burner one), or fruit. Only drink water, propel, michlob ultra (if you drink), skim milk You should not cut all carbs out because your body needs a little. You can not lose weight just eating healthy. Workout 6 days a week. You will not be able to just go out and run a mile if you do not workout regularly. So build up your workout schedule. If you run/walk 1 mile, then the next day run/walk 1.50 miles. Build up to runing/walking 4miles and run 1-2 of those 4 miles. Walk on 3.5-3.8 and run on 6.0-6.3. When you walk if you want to burn more fat pit the treadmill on an incline (5-15 is best). This will help you to lose more tummy fat. Don't just run, lift some weights (5-10 pounds) and do some crunches. The longer you go without eating, the faster you will lose weight. You have only lost 4lbs most likely because your body is using your muscle mass to fuel it. This is not good for people who starve themselves. Your body will "eat" all of your muscles first before it begins to eat your fat. This means that it could be maybe 6 to 8 weeks before the acceleration in weight loss is apparent. However, and this is important, by starving yourself you are doing your body a great deal of harm. When your body uses muscle mass to sustain your life, you are becoming weaker. Your eyesight will suffer, so will your hearing. Muscles needed for daily routines will suffer, like your tongue musle and heart. Please be very careful and eat at least a few morsels of food each day. You will still lose weight very fast.

Just drink only cold water if you're thirsty and dont eat carby stuff like chips or dessert like cake or pie.Also,walk at least 45-60 minutes a day.It takes at least 30 min to start burning calories but, if you walk or jog you will   get much better results in the end.Also, eat small portions of food and try to include at least a serving of vegetables and fruit in your meals cause they are low in calories and fat. Also,if you want to get rid a belly fat just try to do at least 3 sets of 20 sit ups a day.I tried and my stomach is almost completely flat....Well good luck with everything and good luck with your diet..hope this helps it did for me.

Also not eating does work but its very harmful.You want have any energy to go through the day and youll possibly have mood swings because yor brain isnt getting the nutrients it needs so follow the plan i gave you and i promise you it will work.

starving urself doesnt make u lose weight!! when the body realises that there is no food intake it grabs on to whatever is their and starts to gnaw at the organs. Eat a healthy diet and exercise regularly. All them stories about how hard it was to lose weight - Rubbish!! its all in ur head!

I hope you realize that the reason they have good metabolism is because they have a consistent diet you idiots not eating reduces your metabolism dramatically you lose weight because you are losing muscle mass not fat smh

maybe u have to exercise(cardio) and eat low carb foods, cause when u dont eat every little amount of food your body gets it trys to hold on to it...this is called starvation mode O.o

Do lots of runs and drink plenty of water once you start this, BEWARE as when you start to eat again you gain more weight. It does work just the water blots you up for a little bit but are 2 mounths it will go down. When you feel a bit faint also have a little bit of cheese.

Very true. Me and my bestfriend are going to do this "diet" together. she lives about 3 miles away so I go get her and we will run back. We also aren't eating.

Ok I did it for a long time of my life trying and kept loosing 2 lbs and gaining it back. Because your body will start eating muscle first and hold on to fat. So when and if u start eating again, you'll gain like crazy I u don't ease urself into it. Please don't do it. Try just eating 3 small meals a day and 2 healthy snacks

By not eating you have actually slowed down your metabolism. Your body thinks it is starving to death so it stops burning calories in order to survive the starvation you are putting it through. To lose weight you need to eat lots of veggies, chicken, fish, some fruits, and whole grain breads and very little fats. By doing this your body will become healthy and if you need to lose weight you will. Do not starve yourself. It doesn't work. Trust me.

If you are 5'5, 125 does not make you "fat". Your BMI is 20.8, which classifies as a normal weight. Going down to 105 would make your BMI 17.5, which is considered underweight.

There are two factors which are necessary in losing weight.The first thing is healthy diet and the second thing is exercise.You should eat sensibly.Avoid oily and fatty foods.Sugar and fast foods are also bad for weight.You should eat green vegetables are drink maximum water as you can.Orange and lemon juices are also effective in controlling weight.Do exercise on daily basis.Running,swimming and cycling are some exercises.They burn fats and reduce weight.

I agree with you lyte. Its impossible to lose weight 15 ponds just in 1 week. If they will do very work hard then he can lose some weight in one month but if he will just eat healthy and work out in gym.

you will loose more than weight. You will loose muscle and nutrients. You must eat to loose. Your metabaolism needs to contiune to work. Eat every two hours. Eat vegetables and fruit as your snacks. However if you don't exercise it won't matter. Start off with 15 min walks and light exercise and increase every week. Park away from the stores front door and walk.  Walk up and down the stairs for 1 or 2 floors rather than taking the elevator. Rest is also a way to loose weight.Get good sleep. Don't eat so many carbs at dinner unless you worked out at night. MOVE, EAT AND SLEEP. Be DISCIPLINED, DETERMINED, DILLIGENT AND DEDICATED. " You can't get there unless you go there"---Rev. Damon P.
