How to lose weight. 1. eat small meal, chew till each mosel is granded. 2. Drink hot water, green tea. avoid drinking cold water. hot water melt fat and cold water jams them in your body. 3. Drink lime juice and honey in morning in the empty stomach. 4. Stop eating oily, junk food. 5. if you have had your meals then avoid taking snacks, specially when you are hungry. 6. Take hot water bath every day. 7. Do atlest 10 minutes exercise before going to bed and after waking up in the morning. 8. Avoid taking auto, rickshaw for small distance walk as much as you can. 10. Massage your body with good oil or massager, it will give shape to your body.

you'v had to of eating something there's no way you went that long without food. if when you did eat it was fatty foods then the reason you'v only lost 5 pounds is because what little you did eat your body stored as fat, because it recognizes that its not getting food on a regular. they say it's not healthy (&it really isn't) but if your going to try the not eating method, you should eat something small and healthy with protean in it at lest once a day. then it wont be stored as fat and you will loss more weight. (iv done it)

Yes... exactly... I started out as 62kg last Dec. 2012.. I am very strict with calorie count for 1 month 500-600cal per day.. then this month january 2013 i am 58kg... still high but I can see the decrease in weight. now I am eating 1000 calories per day but I am exercising. Still way to go to my target weight of 45kg. but I do not have any passed out i work well in an hospital and when i feel like dizzy I take candy with me, my candy calories is 40cals.. I drink diet sodas, i have artificial sweeter with me all the time and i love coffee with skimmed milk.. I still feel chubby but at least i can see weight loss. Im 5'2" by the way

Fasting is good thing for losing weight but not too much. Too much fasting causes weakness. We can loss weight with not eating but it can be bad for us and causes many health problems so we should eat some diet food for weight loss.

Okay, first off my suggestion is to not try to lose that much weight in a single week. 15-20 pounds is a ton of weight and losing that much in a week is extremely unhealthy. Even if you do end up losing weight that fast by starving yourself, your metabolism will slow down at an alarming rate, causing you to gain the weight back and then some when you do decide to eat something again. Don't starve yourself, it's incredibly bad for your health and slows your metabolism as well. -Heath Major Student
