Just drink only cold water if you're thirsty and dont eat carby stuff like chips or dessert like cake or pie.Also,walk at least 45-60 minutes a day.It takes at least 30 min to start burning calories but, if you walk or jog you will get much better results in the end.Also, eat small portions of food and try to include at least a serving of vegetables and fruit in your meals cause they are low in calories and fat. Also,if you want to get rid a belly fat just try to do at least 3 sets of 20 sit ups a day.I tried and my stomach is almost completely flat....Well good luck with everything and good luck with your diet..hope this helps it did for me.

Also not eating does work but its very harmful.You want have any energy to go through the day and youll possibly have mood swings because yor brain isnt getting the nutrients it needs so follow the plan i gave you and i promise you it will work.

you will loose more than weight. You will loose muscle and nutrients. You must eat to loose. Your metabaolism needs to contiune to work. Eat every two hours. Eat vegetables and fruit as your snacks. However if you don't exercise it won't matter. Start off with 15 min walks and light exercise and increase every week. Park away from the stores front door and walk. Walk up and down the stairs for 1 or 2 floors rather than taking the elevator. Rest is also a way to loose weight.Get good sleep. Don't eat so many carbs at dinner unless you worked out at night.
