Quite by accident I have found a cure for this! Using sliding discs, lie on your stomach and put the discs under your hands. Slide the discs in a circular motion from your sides near your thighs to over your head. Repeat several timemes. You can also pull the discs from a v position above the head to a push up position and hold. These exercises seem to ease the clavicle head back in place!

I have my left clavicle dislocated or no longer connected at both ends and only one ligament that can snapped at anytime I'm scared that it could fall down from my body. All the muscle surrounding the bone are damaged and my shoulder has to be replaced due to so much bone loss from the grinding for the past 5 years. and the pain can and is so intense that i get sick to my stomach. believe it or not there wasn't any trauma that occurred. cant find a dr that will stabilize it.

I have a dislocation of my left clavicle at the AC and SC joint and only one ligament left at the sternum that is already strength out and the shoulder has to be replaced due to the bone loss from grinding and my bicep is attached by one thread and has moved down making the main vein in the arm bulge out that was left untreated for the first 4 years. My life has been impacted due to pain unitability of the clavicle and i am tired of being told to take physical therapy cause they wont believe me when i say it hits the right side clavicle that is visible when the arm moves. its been since 2011 which no trauma happened unless tying your shoes count. this is a true story and desperately want it fixed have not found any dr that will stabilize my clavicle. 8 doctors so far o results.

Hello, I’ve been to dr., got an x-ray, said I had scoliousis, lump gets bigger and is now hurting, Dr orders an ultrasound, reads normal! I’m hurting worse, going down to my shoulder, hearing cracking noises and hard to raise my arm! Dr orders a CAT scan. Get call today “Normal”. No....this is not! I’m tired of the run around. What can be done. I call on Monday to get more answers, I’m not settling for this.

Has anyone had their collar bones grow together from osteoporosis? It causes pain in my neck and shoulders. Has anyone had surgery for this?

Thank you. Off to see doctor tomorrow. Recently had an unknown seizure which knocked me out, don,t know if related. Also have developed RA and all is probably related. Feels like cartilage to me, as I currently use a walker and wheel chair.

I have no pain, but my collar bones are protruding almost like I am too thin and the round bones close to my shoulders are also showing out more than usually. What does it mean?

I am 62, Male, Arthritic joints. A few weeks ago the right Clavicle, at the Sternum, began to get larger, no longer even with the other. Now, it is uncomfortable in the morning, and obviously misshapen. I have an appointment tomorrow with a Specialist. I will post the outcome.
