Your not done growing yet so hopefully as you continue to grow and develop your size improves.
There is not much you can do other than wait for things to change.
If you are overweight that can make you appear to be smaller.

At 13 you still have about another 7 years yet for your body to develop so be patient because it doesn't happen over night.
