So I am only 16, but I have had quite a few relationships. They have all been ok and all but with every single one I have felt sick and irritated after more then a day or two. My relationships don't last long because of this. I can only put up with it for a week before I have to end it. I could understand if I had had a bad relationship or something but I haven't, just guys being guys. I haven't even been in a sexual relationship so I just don't know. The weird thing is I only get these feelings when I am not around them, when I am around my boyfriend I am fine but when he leaves y house or I leave his I just start to get sick and angry at myself. I can't figure out for the life of me what the hell it is. I hope that I'm not rambling to much lol. I just want some advice on how I can make it better or just cope with it. Please please please!!!'

Don't worry I used to get the exact same thing! It's anxiety, don't underestimate the power of anxiety! You're probably having anxiety or panic attacks when you're away from your boyfriend because of either uncertainty or just being in an important situation. 

So! The first thing to do is acknowledge the anxiety, tell yourself you're not really 'sick' (even though you feel very very sick). Secondly, do something you wouldn't usually do if you had gastro or food poisoning, like go for a walk. Basically prove to your brain that you are NOT sick. Thirdly think about how you're feeling and tell yourself it's okay to feel like this, even try laughing at yourself about how 'ridiculous' the situation is.

Once you've shown your brain it's okay, you're not really physically ill and it's funny and not a big deal, it will start to go away. If you struggle with it still I HIGHLY recommend seeing a doctor about managing anxiety. Please trust me!!!
