I had this problem. The best way to eradicate it is to be circumcised. I had my forskin removed on Friday at a BUPA hospital in Leeds. I had a general anesthetic so I was completely out for the 45 minute op. I am feeling very little pain and I have been given some strong pain killers which I have taken only 4, that's two per very little episode of pain.
Anyone who is complaining of pain from the forskin or any type of phimosis (I actually had a paraphimosis, where the foreskin won't go back over the glands) should just have it removed. I will be out of action for approx 6 weeks however the benefits outweigh the slight wait and it's a great thing to do. Go private if you can, I only saw a consultant about 4 weeks ago, very cool guy. If you are worried about general Anesthetic don't be it's not dangerous (complications if they do arise tend to be in very long operations, this one takes less than 50 mins, it's a crazy feeling I went under telling a joke and woke up telling the punchline)
If you have this problem just get the foreskin removed it's like the appendix, you don't need it.

I'm now recovering and it looks bruised and bit swollen but I'll never have the problem again and It lowers the risk of developing any STI's and penile cancer.

If the fore skin is already torn ....try some anitseptic cream and rest for some days. No sex for some days..
Tears happen if you dont have proper fore play which helps in getting the required natural lubricants........some people might do good fore play but their body or pennis/vagina might not give liquid as its dry ....which is cause for lot of tears to foreskin.....you can use on the shelf gel/lubricant in walmart or any other pharmacy ....its cheap and helpful ......that lubricant can prevent any future tears .......also you get have the pleasure when there is good lubrication......
if you already have tear and you use lubricant, that wont help ......first your existing tear has to heal .......
All this is for people having small tears while having sex ......if you had a big tear, better go to doctor.....

My boyfriend has type 2 diabetes, and at times (like now) his sugars flex. He is averaging about 260, and this has been several weeks. Yes, the foreskin does tear much more easily when the sugars are elevated for an extended time....this means weeks, not days.
My dear little friend don't be so in a hurry with that foreskin remove from you i was there 20nyears ago i would like to hear from you after 2 weeks when you get a erection and this stitches is tear it self in that live sensitive skin you will know what is pain you response far to fast i don't say that circumsisision haven't got its advantages but believe me there is very little wait until you start getting older and the sensitivity go down then you will see who much you have to sweat to ejeculate.Only do it if there is now other option.
My dear friend circumcision will not solve your problem believe me cause i have go through both the skin of the penis in the thinnest skin on the human body after the lid of the eye the only way to sorted out your problem is to work some body cream on it after you have schouwer.Masterbate rebury so that soft skin can become tough. Remember that circumcision is not easy returnable.
I cannot reiterate. 8 months on and this operation was a great success. One of the best things I have ever done.

I have recently had small tears just as most have described......also i have had thrush.....thrush is the same as athletes foot and appears as small itchy bumbs(can be cured with antifungal cream).....The splits usally happen to me when having intercoarse and not using lubrication. Also it has happend from pulling out and missing on the reinsertion. The tears can take 1-2 weeks to fully heal and that means no sex or masturbation.
so I can use ointment cream and it will heal, did your forskin feel like it was tightning around the head of your penis.
HI even i had a tear in inner side penis tip skin after sex, had a Little drops of blood too... after two days pain is no there swelling reduced... but this tear is looking like the shape of small vaginal openning of 1cm... will it close up when days pass by???
