I've had the same issues, chaffed skin, reddish, cracking and peeling sometimes especially on the glans and foreskin. Hydro Cortizone works to sooth the itch and clear up the redness but i think Witch Hazel wipes have done more to actually heal the skin and tenderness. Im going to try the Aqueous Cream BP I just read in these comments but so far the best remedy has been putting the little soldier on hiatus.
I tried the Hydrocortisone cream, antifungal cream, Neosporin, and then ordered the Bioderma cream mentioned here. Still no hope. It helped but I was still pretty dry. I purchased some Gold Bond Ultimate Healing with Aloe from the grocery store last week and it seems to be helping tremendously. It's starting to look almost normal and it's soft to the touch. I'm going to continue this for a month and see how it goes, but I think it's going to work out pretty well.

Your girls is not wry enough for your previous try to let it heal good them use lube. Had the same problem. Not saying your girl doesn't get wet cause mine was plenty wet my previous was just slightly too big and she was slightly too tight for the amount she was producing so she needed a little help. Basically your permits might be to bing for her to naturally lubricate
I had what I now know was a couple of tiny, about 2mm across, crater type friction burns on the back side of my foreskin. Because of their appearance I thought it was something more, I had them for at least 6 months with no change in appearance and wasn't having sex or masturbating much. I didn't have the guts to see a doctor, so I tried Bio Oil, 1% hydrocortisone cream, Sudocrem, Panoten, Vase line, I think that was all, each individually for a week. None had any effect. The Sudocrem actually made it sting, which it had never done before. Long story short, ALOE VERA GEL!
As nothing was working I thought maybe it was simply a burn, caused from I don't know what. Maybe my underwear? Anyway, I started to treat it as a friction burn. So I kept it dry, didn't touch it apart from to lightly inspect any progress. I read that Aloe Vera gel was good for burns, so I put on a small about a few days ago, expecting nothing. To my disbelief, about 6 hours later I looked and something was happening! They were starting to fade! 3 days in now and only one remains, very very faint to see, I think hopefully tomorrow it will finally disappear for good.
Tips - While it is healing, I'm wearing no underwear and very lose clothing so it can heal with no rubbing on clothing. Make sure air can get to the surface of the burn/burns. When my foreskin was back, the burns folded away so I think that stopped them healing. BUT the Aloe Vera gel is the ONLY thing that has worked for me.
I'm SO happy it is clearing up, as I was starting to get very depressed about it, especially as my new girlfriend is visiting me soon and I had all those thoughts going through my head! So what you have might just be a friction burn, try Aloe Vera gel, it has helped me.

I thought I better do an update, as I realise now the Aloe Vera gel creates a film over the top of the marks so it looks like they are disappearing... but once washed off they are still visible. Very annoying! But I think they look maybe 10-20% better from 4 days treatment.
I'm going to keep using Aloe Vera and see what happens. I really hope it does the trick?

I've had this problem on and off since I was a teenager. Theres these certain calvin klein briefs i found that are really soft and super supportive so that im able to keep my penis securely cocked to the side during the day so the affected side is not rubbing on underwear/pants throughout the day. I also will use nystatin powder which is an antifungal (u have to get it prescribed by a doctor) In my experience using creams and aloe only made the problem worse. The nystatin really helps dry it out. If ur sore ever gets super reddened or inflamed a few treatments with a tiny tiny bit of hydrocortisone cream in conjuction with the nystatin will work real well. U should use the nystatin consisteny for the time recommended by the doctor and if it seems to be irritating the skin or reddening it hold off for a day or so or use less. Best thing u can do is not have sex and not jack off until a couple weeks after you see its completely healed. It's hard to do but it pays off if u really give the skin adequate time to heal.
I tried cortisone cream and stopped having sex with my wife for several weeks but the first time I had sex again the redness came back. I used lube but it still came back. I also used Neosporin and ten other types of cream and nothing helped. I finally discovered it was from my wife. Its not an STD. Its YEAST related. Many women have yeast infection and don't know it. Once it gets into your penis through a small crack in the skin it is almost impossible to cure. I have to use anti-fungal spray and now we only have sex with condoms.
I wanted to add one thing to my last comment. The condition that women have that causes this problem for men is called THRUSH, its a specific type of Yeast infection and women carry it in their mouths too! Trust me guys, your women did this to you. If you are having sex with a clean women you wont get this rad raw skin on your penis. Now that you have it you run the risk of passing it back and forth to each other.
