I had a bump on my septum for years, white and hard as a bone but painless. My dads a surgeon and told me it was a cyst caused my blocked pore and he took care of it for me (using a needle and scalpel but surprisingly painless). Anyway, unless it really bothers you it’s likely to be the same thing and nothing to worry about.

Hey y’all!! I’m having similar issues with my nodules being on the inside of my nostrils and along each side of my septum. Also have post nasal drip/drainage from the right sinus. In my case they’re nasal polyps. They’re very common and usually harmless unless they cause issues with breathing by blocking the entire nasal passages. Typically caused by allergies, sinusitis or even hereditary. Treatment is usually nasal spray containing a steroid, like Flonaise. Extreme cases may require surgery but that’s pretty rare. Hope this helped. Have a good one!

I am an MMA fighter and I took a nasty punch to the nose two days ago. I was concerned my nose was broken, but there appeared to be no damage at all to my nose except for the initial bleeding. I don't have bruises, swelling, or a crooked nose. I looked online after I noticed a bump up my left nostril on the septum. This is most likely a septal hematoma, and if left untreated can cause all kinds of serious problems. Google: Septal hematoma and decide for yourself. I've made an appointment to see my doctor. Thanks. Good luck to everyone.
