Hi, there it's been a year since you posted this post. I was just wondering how are you feeling now? I have the same lump and I'm feeling dizzy and nauseous. Please let me know if you found out the reason. Thank you

Your hand is the main tool for detecting lumps behind your ear. Feel the lump. Lipoma is typically painless and acne or cysts are tenderer. Getting a good look in the mirror can be tricky for a lump behind the ear, but it is possible. If it looks like a small fleshy lump, it is probably a lipoma. You will get information here.

About 8 years ago, I had shingles on one side of my forehead/head, which was very painful. Along with the pain and skin sores, I had a lump behind each ear. First time ever for both. Today, I felt a lump behind my right ear...and one is starting behind the left ear. I'm wondering if Shingles is coming back, but in a milder form. .???
