I've got you all bet, I've had a non-stop headache since 9/2009. I've had all of the test and they've found nothing. I've lost count of the different types of meds they have put me on, and none of them made it go completely away. If anyone finds help, please let us know what we need to do.

My husbands started 1/2010 - and now he is going to start allergy shots - do you have dizziness with your headaches?

I posted in this blog 3 years ago because i had a non stop headache for a year half. 24/7. and i had awful anxiety nausea all the time, couldnt get out of bed. couldnt drink alcohol or even have coffee. I was in miserable pain and was extremely emotional all the time. I really thought i was going to die. PLEASE CHECK YOURSELF FOR LYME DISEASE! I was sitting in a wildlife conservation class at school and we went over symptoms of lyme disease and how if it goes untreated it becomes chronic and can result in miserable 24/7 headaches that will ruin your life. I went to several neurologists, the best around, and they did not know what was causing it. after seeing i had all the matching side affects of lyme, i had myself tested at school and it was positive. even if you dont test positive you can do natural detox teas or use teasel root to help. treatment and see if it helps because sometimes if youve had it for a long time than it wont test positive. I went on doxycycline for a while and i no longer have a headache. sometimes ringing in the ears. That part of my life was so scary and i hope all of you explore the possibility of lyme disease and get the help you need. best of luck because i know what that pain was.

I posted here awhile ago with the same issues. I've been to numerous doctors and have been on several different meds and nothing helped at all. After 1 abnormal blood test, that I guess every doctor overlooked except my primary, he referred me to a rheumatologist, who then did a specialized blood test for SLE (lupus). I was diagonsed with SLE at the end of Feburary. I hope you all are able to find relief and don't stop trying either.

I've had a constant headache since 12/5/12. I thought it was just a PMS symptom, but after it came and went, the headache was still there. At the time i was still on a high dose of Amoxicillion, and i thought maybe that was the cause. But nope, even after i finsihed my meds, the headache still remains! i've tried all sorts of pain meds i can get my hands on. Alieve, Tylonal, Advil, Exedrein, nothing can relieve my pain. My parent's don't understand me why i'm always complaining of a headahce. I had a CT and teh only thing that showed up in it was tonsil stones, so they thought i was fine. I finally got a Nuero appt schuedled for May 1st, but i don't really want to wait that long. I just want the headache to stop! It's in the front of my head, on the left and right side; but not in the middle. I experiance ringing in my ears at least twice a day, and sometimes i get a tad bit dizzy, kinda like vertigo. I wish there would be some sort of cure ):

oh my gosh, had no idea there were so many out there with this problem.  my 9 yr. old  has had a headache since last May with no relief from GP, neurologist, chiropractor, ent, homeopathy, eye dr.....getting desperate!  Acupuncture is next on the list.....I feel so helpless as a parent...she's had mri, cat scan, all the big stuff, now on a miserable gluten-, sugar-, and dairy-free diet (not helping)...

I noticed a lot of the migraine sufferers posting here are in high school. My son is too. His migraines began around the onset of puberty, but since you are an older teen, it is an unlikely contributor in your case.

One thing all of us have in common: we're all desperately looking for some kind of relief from the unrelenting pain.

wow i been thinking i was the only one going crazy thinking i was the only one with headaches but i get face pains too over my lip on the side of my nose and the side of my eyes :( it's been going on for over 60 days they tell me its the nerve that comes from the back of your head... they did give me something to clam the nerves down but it scares me to take them with all the side affects.. i have been reading that gulten can make you have headaches too so many try cutting out gulten can help some of you :) it helps to know your not the only one with crazy headaches... i had 2 Drs tell me they need a min to think about it when i tell them whats going on :/ so reading this helps

I know how you feel its been 3 months seens my headaches started. 1st I thought it was a normal headache but then my head got worst and my mom thought It was nothing but soon after it got worse I had read a lot of med books but found nothing then looked somewhere else and this is what I found, when a 6 month kid is born something comes and dose something to you and when you are older you start to have strange headaches that none cant explane and sometimes you stop and think that you feel diffrant than every body else message e f you need more anwsores.

I am 16 and going through the same thing. I was told at my Pain Management doctor that from taking meds to try and help the headaches I was having severe rebound headaches. My advice to you is to STOP taking ANY medications that you are taking, rest as much as possible for about a week, and try putting a cold washcloth on your forehead, and try rubbing where it hurts in case it is tesion related. Also, try to avoid getting stressed out or mad.
