Some strange hyperpigmentation occurred on my chest. I went to see doctor about it and he diagnosed Seborrheic keratoses. Those are hyperpigmented papules that appear to be "stuck on" the skin. What can I do about it? How can I remove them?

The first and the best choice are to leave them alone. They may get larger, but they are not a problem. Seborrheic keratoses or hyperpigmented papules are usually removed because they itch, they interfere with clothing or jewelry, or they are cosmetically unacceptable. If you decide to remove them, there are several ways. I know that hyperpigmentation can be ugly.
