I am currently going through what most opiate addicts dread as well. I am only on day two detox. I took two twenty milligrams of Baclofen. A medicine prescribed to patients with cerebral palsy, MS, and bad muscle spasms. I had a rough night but wasn't as rough as the first time I tried to detox, which was about two years ago. You may wan't to ask your doctor about prescribing this. Right now I am slightly dizzy with an occasional stomach rumble, my stomach is a little rumbly but for the most part I feel pretty good considering. This morning I've decreased the dosage to 20 milligrams or one tablet. I hope things get better for everyone who is experiencing this including myself. No one really likes being a severe addict. I know I don't . I will be giving the baclofen up in a few days as well.

I have a morphine pump surgically implanted. I too have experienced panic attacks and ALL of the symptoms that you have described. Alas, I am no doctor, but he has not been helpful. Tried non-barbituate tranquilizers which made the attacks worse. You cannot routinely take Xanax because it will block the morphine. However, I take Xanax when I have a panic attack and I can at least sleep. My heart goes out to you, I know what you are going through (3years for me!). However, you're playing with fire cutting up the patches. I tried Fentanyl and I could not breathe. I consider it dangerous. Is an implant an option for you? I reached the point that I could not take oral narcotics. They were destroying my stomach lining. Talk to your doctor and explore other options. Be truthful or you will get nowhere. Good luck.

Hey I know how you feel as I been there many times before!!! To be honest look at a plant called Kratom. It really saved my life and helps with the pain. When I ran out my friend gave me some and I was like bam no WD. I tried a few places but find a company called botanical kratom and there red one really works the best!!
