I dance, it's fun and I loose calories. I weigh 139 pound whilst being 11. If you don't wanna loose weight, gain height just by eating apples and orange, salads. Heck, even lunchables.

Hey i am 12 i was120 pounds but now that i eat a frutiy bar only 120 cals and i hangout with friends jump on my trampline and i forgot i only eat a frutiy bar then wait and tell dinner now its been a mo!th i weight 105 pounds i hope this helps :)

I'm 13 and I weight 130.2 lb I just don't like it cuz people stare at me like I'm a wild animal I mean I im weird but being that fat adds to my weirdness

im also 12 and im overweight.my biggest fear is that i will never lose weight and when i grow up i'll gain weight. on my social media i try be someone i'm not and i try to make my self look skinny by not showing my bottom half in my photos like my belly and my legs. i've had a lot of people call me overweight even my brother told me im fat for my age and my mum said the same thing. everyone in my family is skinny so i feel ashamed and embarrassed when we go out together. my sister has even told me im addicted to food. after hearing all of that ive become even more insecure

I am 12 to and I am 5ft and 110 pounds I feel fat but you can't let that bring you down stay positive and motivate your self to do what you want

Dieting works best if you work out along with it. You are obviously doing it wrong if you think dieting doesn't do anything.

I agree with you. I'm 5'6 and going into seventh grade. I weigh 160 pounds but don't look like it at all. I have big things and hips so that makes me weigh more. I also have a big but which puts on more pounds. And on top of that I have a lot of muscle because I play a sport. It is getting harder to play sports and do a diet because I don't eat the healthiest. I'm going to start running one hour every day and cut out the chips.

Soooooo, I'm in a bit of a dilema. I weigh about 139 give or take and I have 24 hours to lose 4-5 lbs before football weigh ins. Currently i am in shorts, pants, t-shirt, long sleeve shirt, and a cotton sweatshirt trying to sweat. Please lord help me lose this weight. Oh, and a winter hat, it is 75 degrees out my mom thinks im crazy. I guess i sorta am. I am such a fat ass
