Hi! I have some tips for losing weight 1. If your body asks you for a desert have a piece of melted chocolate with 3-6 strawberries,but make sure you don't have desert everyday maybe like 4 deserts in 2 weeks like one week you have 2 deserts and the other 2 more deserts also remember to have lots of fruits in the morning not at night or afternoon!

Hi! You said your child weighed 60kg, my child has the same problem! So what to do if he/she is too skinny make sure her diet is balance oh and also if you feel your child weight not normal try talking to a doctor for some tips! It will help a lot don't be afraid to talk to your doctor they will help you! Hope this helps! Have a great day!

I also have this same problem, however I do not care about my appearance because I have thrown my thoughts of how other people think of me out the window. For me, I quite like the pudge I love to take pictures of myself where I look really ugly and fat, and so I will miss it going through my teenage years. I want to lose around 30 pounds before I hit 13 because it is very unhealthy to be overweight in teenage years. I am 132 lbs and I will start doing g push-ups and sit-ups every morning for a few months, if that does not work, I will jog for thirty minutes a few times a week

Same, I always tell my mom I’m fat but she says I’m not. But my situation is kinda different, I’m 12, a girl and 175 lbs but I don’t look fat for some reason but I feel fat. I guess I could say I look a little chubby oh and I’m 5’3 I really want to loose weight but my family says that I’m fine and I don’t need to lose weight ugh I don’t know what to do. Sometimes I try to stop eating certain foods for awhile but that dosn’t help much plus my little sisters always teaseing my about chunky thighs but they’re not that chunky. Please someone help what should I do :(

Hi I am Sammy and I am 166 ponds and I am 12! Made fun of by many people and when I get upset I usually eat. I want to lose wait but I don’t have the courage of me able to lose wait. I lost wait before but now it’s harder I jest sometimes feel I wanna die because of my wait. I have a have many pain issues and my mom and dad say it because of my weight. Wow. First of all, DON'T starve yourself! That NEVER works. It isn't healthy! Also, you're BEAUTIFUL, the way God created you. Don't let anyone tell you otherwise! But if you're trying to be more healthy... exercise. Try going for a walk every day, or riding your bike, play sports, any outdoor activity is great! Also, try to lay off sugary, fattening foods. Eat lots of fruits and veggies! Also, drink a lot of water. Hope this helps! -Maddie
