Hey, I just turned 13 and I weigh about 140-170 lbs. I'm the fattest out ornate my small friend group. I'm only 5'4. I know I'm over weight and I want to loose weight. I just don't know how. I've been eating less and exercising more. The thing is I can't control what I eat. My mom feeds me and whatever k get I basically have to eat it. I tried to stave one ce or twice I didn't last a day. Dance tryouts are in 3 weeks so I have time to loose a little bit of weight for that. But I'm afraid that I'll be too fat to be able to do anything for the tryouts and then I definitely won't get in. I'm afraid that I'll be the only one cut. But if I do make the team I'm scared there won't be a uniform to fit me. I wear a bigger size than my mom.. who is no offense over weight as well, but not as bad as me. I just want to be a normal weight. Please help.. and anytips. BTW... I've been getting g fatter because I've noticed more and more stretch marks around and on my stomach and back areas. So please help!! Thanks
Also I basically only drink water. And I walk home from school to. If that makes a difference.

Drink water instead of drinks
Don't eat candy and don't overeat
Eat salad everyday at least once
Talk to your physician
And eat plenty of soup it helps you loose more weight oh and mean protein but not in a can nope

OMG LUCKY! I'm 103 pounds :( Try starving. Or become a Muslim. Muslims have one month where they fast. We start fasting at dawn and we break it at sundown.

Heya! I’m a thirteen year old girl like all of you too. I’m like, 123-130, depending on time and day. I run (track and cross country) and I also eat an apple a day! I don’t really know what else to do. I mean, I love me, I just don’t like the fact my BMI is in the overweight section.
