Hi I'm jane- I don't really do the things that ppl suggest, it doesn't really work for me, like rubbing and stuff, but what I do is lay on my stomach and put my hands in a v kind of shape and kind of "hump" my hands and I move around my hands in differint places. It's great!

when i use a tooth brush and push it up there it hurts so i use a shirt or something and lay on it and hump it's and squeeze my legs tight together.
