Greetings! I just found this thread tonight and I can't believe there are other people in the world explaining all the symptoms + feelings I've experienced over the past nearly 3 years. My symptoms too started after dental work (filling and root canal, not sure which "did" it), but I also have TMD which adds a fun layer of confusion. Have you found any relief whatsoever? I feel so lost, but dealing with this experience has certainly made me (us all) stronger. My symptoms are all one-sided (left side - side of TMD and root canal) -- burning/stinging pain when breathing in through nose (most aggravated in cold, dry environments) that radiates above my eyebrow, top of head, temple, and back of head, congestion during hot summer months, pain behind nose when crying, congestion that lingers after crying. Sending healing to all xxx
I have something very similar. I have pain when I breath in my left nostril. I’ve lain is deep in my sinus and gives me headaches. This pain comes and goes but perfume or stinky food sets it off. Cold air is torture and it gets worse when I lay down. It has been going on for about 3-4 years but went away this summer and is just starting up again. I didn’t put it together but if I get a cold my tear ducts seem clogged. I am not sneezing with this but when I get it…every breath through my nose hurts.I just purchased a warm humidifier to see if that helps. Medically I am super healthy and love life but do have restless legs and ADHD. I am in my mid 50’s this happened way before COVID so it’s not that. I saw a lady online last year that recommended nipple cream for breast feeding moms to put in your nose so I purchased it and it helps me when I sleep so I use it in my nose. I will keep looking for answers because I refuse to be a sick person but every once in a while this sinus thing makes me mad and makes me feel like c**p with a headache in my eyes and sinuses. UGGH I hope we all can get relief. I will let you know if the warm humidifier works for me. It's plugged in now so I am hopeful
