Do not 'worry' about the size of your 2" penis, its is a bit below the average but should get larger by the time you are 18, you are what they call "a late bloomer" There are many men with a penis that size who are 18 or over.

I think as long as you have a decent sized penis you should be happy, there are some guys who say they are 9" long by 6" circumference who wish they were 7" by 5" or even 6" by 4", it causes problems for themselves not being able to wear certain clothes like joggers or sweatpants/ swimming wear by the large bulge that shows when wearing those type of clothes.

I don't know where April O got that information from but just ignore it because it's wrong, the size of a flaccid penis can vary greatly anything from an inch to 4 inches and yes on more chubby people the fat sad over the pubic area can hide some of the length. The average size of and adults penis is between 5 to 5.5 inches and it can continue to grow into your early 20s.

You don't need help, you are OK but hopefully your penis will get larger in the next few years. Its a bit strange but when I was your age I noticed that the boys with the most amount of pubic hair around their penis tended to be the guys with the largest penises, but that's not always the case as in your instance, you say you have a lot of pubic hair but your penis is only 3 inches hard, hopefully it will get larger soon, otherwise your 3 inch hard penis will be "smothered" in all the hairs that surrounds it.
