Ok I'm 13 years olds pubic area got really hairy and I am a young man so I decided to shave I did and it turn all red I have red bumps the look like pimples and little hairs that are really pointy and sharp and it itches like crazy and I don't know what to do it's been 2 days since and it hasn't even got any better and I don't want to tell my parents please help

The red bumps are likely folliculitis. Shaving irritated the hair follicles. Try a warm water compress, just take a hot towel and lay it on your pubic area, to help the swelling/itch fade.
Yes, the hair will be pointy and sharp. As it gets longer it will become less itchy.

A few days to a week. If they get infected they'll get big and you'll see pus. In that case you should see a doctor.
