I was told by a healer once that my body only likes soups and shakes. It is not just what you eat but the heaviness thereof that effects.
Its a tiresome affair, but you have a support system!!
PARASITES. Do a cleanse. I always disregarded this possibility, but after doing candida cleanses with no relief (and trust me, that's a strict diet to stick to for three years with no success--talk about disappointing!!) .. I have discovered I have every symptom now of a parasite. If one of these takes over (and yeah, the doctors never suggested this possibility to me), you will become defficienti in minerals and have an increased amount of items your allergic to. Get this, my diet became so strict on the candida cleanse, that my body decided to become allergic to the things I was eating : ex, tomatoes!! onions! some other vegetables!! processed alternative grains!! yeah, stuff from the health food store. It's absolute bull**** and none of my original problems went away. They just got worse. Intense abdomen pain, acne, etcetera. I went vegan, felt great fo ra month (had to do this due to suddenly feeling nauseous3e whenever consuming meat), anywyas, suddenly my stomach started to make very strange noises. Hello parasites, nice of you to join me and show yourself with weird voices. Better believe it. GEt the suckers out and get back to your own lives. My life has been a challenge for the past ten years, pretty sure some nasty parasite stuck itself inside my intestinal wall and now that I stopped eating fatty foods it's no longer lubricated/protected and is reacting...my gosh my abdomen has never been so enlarged!!! Fingers crossed this parasite cleanse will kick the sucker for good. You can experiment with tea tree oil. I found that when i stuck the tea tree oil on my jock itch and dermatitis, the original itch migrated away from the teatree oil like a parasite would. I started getting the itch anywhere that i did not put the tea tree oil. I almost have to bathe in the stuff. And yes, I have a yellow tongue and feel lie vomitting frequently and also feel like I have a backed up bowel. I go to the bathroom but it never feels complete. Thanks a lot parasites. I know I'm a great person, but get out of my body. I want my life back.
I know its an old post but I agree about Celiac disease. I am an icu nurse and you need to be tested for all types of allergies including food and food additives. a good allergist or gastroenterology is the place to start. I just got my son diagnosed with this and it took years to pin down. Problem is all the everyone has jump the train for this gluetn free diet. It is not a common condition but it is present at birth and constiuen through you life.
Proxene ES
Or/and digestive enzymes.
Go to church and ask Jesus to help you.. he knows his father..
God bless you.

Wow, where do I start. Well for starters I'm a 15 year old male that's been feeling bad for 3+ years. My problem is when I eat anything this triggers a ton of unexplainable symptoms which are:
-Fatigue*
-Ache all over
-Stomach aches
-Heartburn
-Constipation*
-Shortness of Breath
-Anxiety*
-Poor memory*
-Terrible concentration*
-Abdominal cramping*
I put a * next to the one's that are the worth and they are pretty constant. The fatigue I feel is like my whole body is drained of energy even after eating well and a goods nights rest. The anxiety seem to come soon after eating an can last for 30 minutes to 3 hours. I think the others are self explanatory.
I've pretty much been to every doctor on the planet I'll try to list them. I've been to first of course a pediatrician and family practice doctor 10+ times throughout the 3 or so years. I was allergy tested, had my lung capacity tested (at the beginning of the period I would complain about breathing a lot. In the past year or so I went to see a neurologist, he said everything was fine. Then I saw a gastroenterologist and they had me looked at from both ends. The only thing they found out was that I was lactose intolerant.
I've had multiple blood test done and have been tested for everything from Lyme to diabetes.
I been to an "alternative medicine" doctor, at least that's what I think it's called and I tested negative for Candida overgrowth. A few months before this occurred I had tried the Candida diet for a month. I felt better mentally ,but almost worse physically. What this doctor did find from a stool test was that I'm gluten intolerant and have a bacterial imbalance in my large intestine. That's all I know really.
I've been to a counselor and took an physiological exam. It ended up saying I score high for depression ,but also it could be a physical problem. After that I was put on Zoloft, right now I'm up to 100mg and also 150mg of Welbutrin. I've been taking these for about 3 months and haven't noticed any effect. I think there definitely was a time that I was depressed ,but I am well past that now and I deeply feel that is not the root cause. However I am still very open to solutions.
Today I went to a psychiatrist and he said that I wasn't depressed and I wasn't over obsessing, or worry about my health so it's really looking to me like it's physical. I think he gave me something for anxiety ,but we still need to get that filled.
I may be missing one or two ,but If I remember I'll fill you guys in.
For about a week and a half now I've been on the Wholesome Medley diet program. At the very bottom of this page it cover what it consist of. What it is basically is eating the core foods: fish, eggs, vegetables, fruit, brown rice, poultry and lean meat. I'm also making three shakes daily that consist of fruit, water, and a supplement powder. Along with these I have to take 10 supplements pills each time. Seven Gastro-Fiber and three SP Cleanse.
So I've been following this diet religiously for the past week and a half with no noticeable improvements. It is a three week diet ,but I'm thinking about maybe doubling it if I still don't feel better. I really wanting to get back to school and not sit at home for months on end o if anyone has a clue about how to sort ANY of this help feel free to help. :)
Thanks for your time!
I know this is a really old post but go get tested for Celiac disease! I had the same problems you had, now that I eat 100% gluten free I am 100% better.
After reading this again recently, I realised that it looks like some form of psychopathology.
Although you possibly can't rule out food alergies / intolerances.
I have found after many years of similar illnesses, that only one item on that list needed to be highlighted and understood.
-ANXIETY
...mine came from a personality disorder, called Borderline Personality Disorder.
The more I investigated my mental health, the more I realised I was using seriously damaging maladative coping mechanisms, they were making me anxious, angry, upset and tense ... therefore I had physical symptoms.
We must realised that our mental health is directly connected to our physical health.
- I hope this helps someone out there find their own answer to their pain
Hi there. I'm 23 and have been feeling this same way off and on since I was around 16 years old. I can go a year or more without my symptoms and then, they just show up. I was fine for an entire year last year (not doing anything different) and then, 2 months ago, I came down with the "flu". It's the worst in the morning after I eat breakfast. I feel nauseated with hot and cold flashes. I have a headache and a stomach ache. I feel bloated like I'm stuffed when I really didn't heat much and I get acid reflux. I get really fatigued like I ran a marathon and am exhausted when I actually didn't do very much. I wake up tired in the morning after sleeping for 9 or 10 hours. I've been dealing with depression and anxiety (a lot of anxiety) that I didn't have before the symptoms started. When it first happened, I thought I was sick with the flu but there was something about it that felt strange. For example, I had no fever. My body would feel hot but when my temp was taken, I had no fever. My face would get all Red and flushed with a headache every evening. After about 5 days of this, non of my symptoms were getting better and I was feeling nauseated after every meal. I went to my local urgent care and they ran some blood tests (looking for pathogenic microorganisms in my blood, CBCs...) and a urine test. My urine test said that I was a little dehydrated and that I had some ketones in there. Of course, that was because I hadn't been eating well and hadn't been drinking enough. Otherwise, all the tests came back normal. They told me I was probably infected with a flu bug and that I'd be over it in a week or so. Well, I waited a week and my symptoms didn't get any better. I waited 2 weeks and my symptoms didn't get any better. So, I went to my primary Dr. and she said it was probably mental from my Depression and Anxiety. She did some other blood tests checking my thyroid... but no answers. I was thoroughly frustrated and it has been making me even more depressed. I was basically sent home with no further plans for testing and a diagnosis of IBS. Some days are better than others. Some days I will wake up with no nausea and I can eat a full breakfast but other days, the nausea is really bad. It ruins my entire day. I tried a lot of things thinking maybe they were the causes. I was on certain meds for other problems and went off of them. No change. I tried a Prylosec treatment with very little to no improvement, I got tested for H Pylori but that came back negative, I tried eating yogurt every morning with no improvement... I tried taking pepcid every morning after eating and every evening before bed but that didn't help much. My Doctor was going to try a Barium swallow but then canceled it. It's so frustrating. I have no apatite and don't want to feel nauseated when I do eat so i have very little motivation to eat but I have to force myself. It becomes a chore, not a pleasure to eat. All I want is for a doctor to really test me thoroughly instead of giving me flaky answers and who will really research to see if there is something that is not obvious.
Were you able to find a solution to this? I'm 18 and have been having similar symptoms for a few weeks now. I can't eat anything without experiencing what you have - even just a couple crackers will throw me over the edge. I've been losing weight like crazy because I dread eating.
oi no joke, i know what this is. me and my friends have it, we went to this nutritionist and she said it is food sensitivities it is basically just having small allergies to all processed foods. There's no medical cure for it, its just basically the foods you eat. All I eat now after seeing her, is Non - processed food, it helps so much, you never feel sick again. i only ever eat, fresh fruit, veg, meat, fish, eggs.. etc.. and no chocolate or dairy and sugars WHEAT AND GLUTEN ARE BIGGIES TO MAKE IT REALLY BAD. It's going cold turkey but i have never felt better in my life and it really helps. I seriously recommend it. I'm 14 and female.
DO THIS AND SEE WHAT HAPPENS:
----------------------------------------------------------
Become relaxed, happy and at peace with yourself and the world around you ( it's a very very hard thing to do ) and watch as all your symptoms and illness are forgotten.
U MIGHT HAVE CILIAC DISEASE, WHEN I FIRST STARTED TO GET IT THOSE ARE ALL THE SYMPTOMS I HAD.
I also have felt this way for almost a year now. I am a 32 year old male in New York. After experiencing the same symptoms over and over i decided i must be diabetic as it runs in my family, i started eating healthier, cut out all processed foods and all sugars entirely. I lost 50 pounds in one month alone. It did make me feel better, but only temporarily. After going to several doctors and getting Diabetes ruled out, i was told it was stress or anxiety, which can also cause such symptoms. If you knew me, you would never even suggest these as i am very laid back and a pretty positive person. Being desperate i listened to the doctors and went on the medication prescribed to me. What a mistake. It just started a whole new set of problems. Can you believe the anti-anxiety medication made me anxious and very angry all the time. Ive since stopped taking those pills and my mood has gone to normal but my symptoms still persist. Unfortunately a lot of common illnesses have similar symptoms and theres nothing a doctor isnt willing to throw a pill at. Ive learned to just deal with it and target the things that make me sick. It just takes a little discipline. First off, i dont feel sick after every meal, maybe once a week with no visible trigger. But when i do get ill, im laid out. I can barely even make it to the bathroom to urinate. Ive done all the research from B12 deficiency to Gall bladder, hypothyroidism, celiac disease, you name it. As mentioned earlier, all these illnesses have the same symptoms which makes it frustrating for both you and your doctor. The only advice i can give you is CUT OUT ALL PROCESSED FOODS! No fast food, no refined sugars, nothing. Cook everything yourself so you know what is going into it. Always eat salads. Very difficult if your like me and hate salads. Just make sure they are colorful and easy on the dressing. Drink plenty of water, at least 2 liters. Another thing that has helped is adding Chia seeds to everything. Look them up, youll be happy you did, i sure was. They dont fix the problem but being as i havent been eating as much as i used to, they help keep me healthier. And finally, EXERCISE! I know this sucks but its helped to relieve the symptoms almost entirely. The raise in heartrate and increased oxygen intake are great for many ills. I now only feel sick when i lax on the jogging. It only takes 10 mins a day, 3 times a week. If your feeling sick at the moment, chug as much water as you can and go for a brisk walk. The constant urinating and raised heart rate are a wonder cure for me. Just like many other illnesses there is no known cure, if you can diagnose it at all, but you can learn to control when these episodes happen. If anyone does have an idea of what this is, please let me know. Good luck!
Everything used to make me ill, then I realised it wasn't the foods and my lifestyle that was making me ill - I was my mind.
The mind can cause all kinds of illness.
Try sorting your life out and becoming happy you'll soon forget about being ill
