I have a lump in each boob it hearts and its bigger than a quarter. My mom says it's a breast bud but its big so how do I know. Please answer back I've been scared for a week

Breast bud's are something that occur at the onset of puberty - even before periods come. I am sure you are well past that age. Do not ignore these lumps - my recommendation - please visit a doctor ASAP
