It started with one now I have 3 sort of looking pimples. Can I post a picture of it? Am I gonna die?
No you won't die, I started off like that and now I have a slight bit of acne but I don't deal with it very well. My suggestions would be
Pop it and put toothpaste on it
Leave it and put a really hot cloth on it.
