I know how you feel the doctor told me it was because of processed food it feels like someone is poking a needle in your belly button

Everyone seems to be having this problem. I have had it also... This is normal for just about everyone that has a somewhat stressful life. When we are stressed we tense up. Causing our bowls to also tense. Causing our stool to press and stick to our intestinal walls. Our body will naturally take care of the toxicity this may cause through flatulence, bowel movement, dark frequent urination... If the pain does not cease (end) in a day MAYBE two and I see for some it has lasted for a week or more, this may be a much more serious abdominal issue. If ANYONE starts getting lace rashes or warm painful lesions please wear a surgical mask and cover rashes with gauze and visit the ER. This may be a very serious virus. In some it has been Ebola and other a malaria mimicking virus. If your symptoms worsen and you begin jaundice. Your liver could shut down and you may stroke or fall into a coma. If you notice any severe yellowing of the skin and/or yellow eyes please call the paramedics asap. I am not a doctor or a nurse... I do have some medical experience but most of this information is from face to face experiences. I am a first responder and have seen these things quite a bit. It helps to not eat so much and to not drink so much if you drink alcohol. If the mild to novice pain is on and off every once in a while consider stretching every take or working out. This pain may be a small cramp in your abdominal area. But please, if it is severe navel pain, go to the hospital or local clinic.

And just to inform everyone what they may hear at the doctors or clinic will most likely be either an umbilical hernia or appendicitis. So do not worry yourself. I realize my last post was kind of frightening but it is rare to have something as lethal as Ebola or Malarian mocking virus. So do not be that alarmed.

Hey I'm 13 and Im male, i get this pain randomely and i havent had it for a while, i got it about a year ago at disney and its been getting worse but luckily less frequent. when i stand it rlly hurts so like the other people curling into a ball helps it but my mum wont take me to the doctors unless it lasts for over an hr cos she thinks im a drama king lol. any way plz reply to me if there is A a cure or B just tell me what it is. Thanks Dave

bbbbI have the same problem, ive had it over a yr now and the pain getting worse and more intense ans last for longer. Cant breath when it occurs have to take deep slow breaths. Going for ultra sound and internal scan. Im 6ft 37 yrs old and female, it worrys me alot my doctor said i might have a large cyst on my ovaries but the scan will show what the problem may be

I have the same thing but I don't know what it is either I am a girl but not prego I have my tubes tied I wound what it is somethimes the pain brings me to my knees

I have got this sharp pain too, and one day (while I was in with my doctor anyway) I said it about this pain I get, his reply was " never heard of it " and may I say , he did look at me very strange !!!!

Might as well throw my bit into the 5 page mystery too. I've been getting this for as long as I remember, I'm 19 now. It happens if I sit slumped over for a bit and stand, curling up relaxes the abdomen muscles which helps. I had to go to the bathroom at the time but not badly. After urinating it gets very painful right behind my belly button (right where it is) and also by my pelvis, and applying pressure always helps with the pain after I do that. I never thought about it being a bad thing until I was letting my mom know what pain I was having as I got out of the car and it sounded odd as I said it. It has been happening a long time though, and almost every time my bladder is full and released it is painful and pressure helps.

Hi! I'm 47 yrs old ,and that is what was happening to me. It started on Tuesday night. I went to the Urgent care today ,and they took X-rays. The Dr. Come back and said I was constipated. It showed around my navel area, and other places. That being constipated was putting pressure and pulling around my navel area. I told the Dr that I had diarrhea earlier that morning, but she said I still could be constipated. Plus I had a CT scan 3 weeks ago in my abdominal area , and it didn't show anything was wrong. Anyway she told me to drink a bottle of magnesium citrate , and clean my colon out. I did that around 2:30 today and it's just now working! I still feel that pain so hopefully it will go away here soon. Please don't ever ignore the situation because it could be serious like your appendix or pancreas. I hope you all find out what wrong wit you all! Have a blessed day!

I'm having this right now and it hurts so bad I started screaming and than it started to hurt worse, I looked on the web a little and it could be a hernia, right now because of this I can't do the stuff I was suppose to do with my family today
