I've had the same pain since I hit puberty. I am a 31yr old female. 5'2 and around 135lbs. It comes and goes, I have it right now and it feels like if I stand straight up or flex my stomach in any sudden movements that something inside my belly button is going to rip apart. I've looked for answers for years and never had any luck. I've researched on my own obviously and always seen appendicitis come up, but I'd like to think in all these years, if that was the case, I would have known it by now because it would have sent me to the ER. Something like that, I don't think the symptoms would just go away on their own after a couple days or a week then reappear throughout the years. Nothing seems to trigger it, but I do get relief from curling up in the fetal position or just leaning forward. The feeling itself feels like a stabbing or tight stretching/pulling feeling like something inside is going to snap with a sudden movement. Very uncomfortable and can be very painful.
Don't do ibuprofen and cranberry.
