im tiered from doing like 500 sit ups then 3 min planks and then like 100 push ups

If you want to get abdominals, you need to start losing weight. You do have abs, but they are underneath your stomach fat. I would recommend doing cardio, and incorporating different types of abdominal exercises. There are some good exercises here : http://truecardio.com/workout-routines/   and they are all done at home. Remember, you will have to lose some weight, and also work out your abs while you do so. Make sure you are also taking consecutive workout days off. Your muscles need a break too
