I love the way people advise not to scratch. I've suffered with eczema my whole life and it's almost impossible not to scratch - that's the whole point isn't it?! I scratch way beyond what I should because I cannot help it. The ironic thing is that the initial scratching feels good, but soon after you're left with the consequences, which are not pleasant nor good.

I've tried so many different ointments, creams, soaps and steroids none of which do much of anything for me.

In my case, the eczema is worse during the warm months are better in the winter. Unfortunately for me, the area I live in is about six months of each.

I guess at this point that I'm waiting for a miracle cause nothing that I've seen or read, or tried has really helped, and it seems to be a very subjective thing in terms of different people are afflicated to varying degrees and find relief in different ways.

I think I've determined the real root cause of this horrible scourge. I am not selling, or promoting anything. I would just like to discuss this with someone. Thanks.

Eczema could be caused by yeast (candida) overgrowth. Oil of oregano could help. Try GAPS diet too.
