There are several solutions. One suggestion is to inject botox into the overactive cremaster muscle. The other is relatively quick and simple operation where they put small tears in the cremaster to weaken the muscle. Lastly, and I don't know if it's performed anymore is this.

I have the same issue, right down to the tight dimpled scrotum. I experience this about 80% of the time, not just when sexually stimulated. I think it's quite unusual, but apparently is not a concern other than causing embarrassment. I also have low testosterone and have wondered if that's related.

Can anyone recommend a doctor in the US that does the botox injections to the cremaster muscle?

Strong creamaster muscles are no problem or harm for men and boys. Its just a normal body variance among males and it usually gets less tight with age and more sexual experience and use. Just look at older guys' balls in the locker rooms, most older guys' balls hang lower than younger guys do. You can buy different ball stretchers in different sizes to stretch out the ball sack and hold your testicles farther out from your body. But tight testicles should not cause any real problems. I've seen men who can push both of their balls right up and way into their stomachs and way out of their sacks and still have no pain or problems. Their balls drop back down on their own right away once they let go of them. They have kids and sex just like any guy does, no problems.

Too much jerking off can cause muscles to pull your testicle up and penis in like you were in very cold water. You do not want this to happen seek professional help before it happens to you!

I've dealt with something similar myself, 8 months ago my left testicle sort popped up into pubic area and I had a dull ache after sex, it sort of kept popping up there fairly regularly. I saw a urologist and got an ultrasound, basically I had some extra fluid in there and the cremaster muscle was thus having difficulty relaxing. I had no issues then after some sex the other day it happened again, and like a fool I had more and more sex in the following days, long story short I've got to let my testicles and penis relax for a little while and let the inflammation and such calm down. A doc will check you for hernia, torsion, however the word is that torsion is traumatic and acutely painful. We knew I did not have a hernia as the testicle was ascending and no tissue descended into the scrotum.

I use a soft silicone ring around my sac when I masturbate or have sex. It works almost every time to prevent my left one from trying to ascend. Remember to remove the ring or band, it need only be snug enough to hold the testes down. I actually like the feel and have no concerns about pulling a testicle up into my body. My cremaster is still very strong at age 65. A doctor long ago explained the left iniingual ring was not as tight as the right.

guys .. 4 months ago i had no problems with my testicles they were same in shape length and size .. but unfortunately i had an infection in my balls.. i went to dr. and he said i have varicocele which i was used to hearing this every time i go there 10 years ago and didn't believe them because i have no problem .. the doc gave me herbal pills for treating varicocele .. since i was in pain i had to believe him which now i think it was mistake .. those pills are called "horse chestnut" .. i took them for about 3 weeks twice a day .. what i am about to say is very important it might help us relaxing the cremaster muscle .. after taking them for 1 week i started to notice that my scrotum is hurting me occasionally from how tight the muscle is squeezing my testicles .. i continued for 3 weeks then it went to the point where i cant sleep on my stomach because my testicles are like a one tennis ball and i felt two guitar strings like on both sides of testis to the pubic bone .. at that time i was on a high protein diet which might strengthening the cremaster muscle .. after 3 weeks went to the doc and said im not feeling well and he said im fine and i should go to another doc !! i immediately stop taking the pills that day and after two days my balls gotten so loose specially the right one .. the left started to hang higher than the right and moving up frequently whenever i flex my stomach or move .. the left has no movement at all .. i still suffer from it to this day but a week ago my right testicle start to move when i flex my abs so i think its getting better but still hangs lower because of size i think from the infection ..

conclusion : i know how muscles work cause i have been training in gym for 3 years .. the problem with me which made my cremaster muscle on the left one stronger and over active is the pills i took they made the cremaster muscle contracts so hard and unusual while i have been eating protein .. basically just like any other muscle it will make it stronger and the weight of the testicle is nothing to it now .. i think the solution is taking those pills again till i feel the squeeze again and eat no protein at all .. which will force the cremaster muscle to be exhausted and having no sufficient nutrients to go stronger so it will become weaker and normal again ..

i cant do this right now because im diagnosed with bilateral varicocele and hydrocele on right testicle which i think made it bigger so im gonna have to wait till it go down in size and see if everything is ok .. if not im going to attack the cremaster muscle again and see.

i hope this info is helpful to you guys .. cause i was normal im pretty sure what made caused it.. also i didnt find anyone on web mention them .
i hope we all get well and fine soon ..

Mine is this tight and has been for almost 4 months. I'm about to begin cognitive behavioral therapy because nothing else seems to be working (hot sitz baths, muscle relaxers, anti-anxiety drugs, etc.).

Yes I have the same problem. Not only when aroused but also throughout the day! I am 32 and it's still happening. I hate it because it can become very uncomfortable.

I’ve been dealing with this too for quite some time after a lower back injury while stretch training. Been through all sorts of things however the greatest relief I have ever felt is by seeing a physical therapist and treating the psoas muscle. You’ll lay on a bed with one leg being gently supported but still dropping down off the bed to activate the core. Then you’ll press down firmly onto the psoas muscle from the front of the abdomen and hold until it begins to release. It’s so intense, it feels like you’re being kicked in the groin and cannot breathe, but it’s real relief immediately. Changing the underwear would be useful as well, I alternate between boxer briefs and briefs depending on the pants I wear. It’s usually worse for me in the morning but never during sex - so I try to walk around and loosen the body early in the day. It’s uncomfortable, but not to the point where I would want surgery - may resolve on its own over time. Stretching is important as well, do Kegels and pelvic tilts and bridges and butterflies and other ab/back/hip flexor stretches. Massage the region around and under the groin and by the hips. Get an ultrasound done, but you may not see any issues like I did. I occasionally will sleep with a thin pillow under my lower back and I wake up and usually feel perfectly fine! If you experience tightness during sex, use a ring or do stretches before, but also be careful becuase moving it to quick or forceful is painful. Talk to a doctor about it for sure, but look into the psoas muscle! My PT was fantastic and when I mentioned the cremaster muscle he immediately knew what group to target

Yes It happens to me. My balls go up into my groin. Get quite embarrassed about it. I've seen it in porn films though..
