Hair grows an average of half a moth give or take. I have been doing hair for 13 years and never have seen more than close to a full inch a month. Hair should be washed every other days vitamins listed in previous comment are amazing. Stick with a great diet. Any antibiotics or anything else will stunt growth. Women can go about a month and a half without a trim but Definately keep up with it. Sun also affects hair as well as heat and stress. After all this if hair still thins.... Good ole genes will win. We can't change our genes.

Yes i completely agree with it and taking B complex vitamins and diet rich in vitamin B12 really helps to prevent hair fall.

Diet can have everything to do w hair loss, as well as medications, hormonal imbalance, aenemia, etc. Maybe you need to actually research before you talk out your ass. Ask any medical professionals it's not just 60 year olds. Heck, when I was 24 I was experiencing hair loss and Dr said it was due to emotional stress from my abusive relationship. Now I'm out of it it's grown back.. but it can haopen.

I've been bleaching my hair on and off since forever. My hair wouldn't grow any longer it would just snap off. I've dreamed about having thick, long hair. And when I say dreamed, I mean it quite literally. So i decided to do something about it. My friend suggested Biotin when we were talking about my hair loss.
I’ve tried like 4 different brands until i found that the best one for me. Now i’m 36 and I've been taking Biotin every day for years. My hair and nails grow SO much quicker. Hair has increased in the rate and are so long now.
Also my energy levels are high. I remember that at the beginning i did heavy cardio and interval training which helped me lose weight fast but i did not realize how biotin played a part in my weight loss until AFTER i stopped working out. I continue to take biotin every day and now that I am no longer on my diet i eat whatever i want and i don't gain weight. It appears the biotin may be keeping my metabolism to the level it was at during my training. So i highly recommend it to you.

You can prevent hair breakage by proper moisturizing. You may use virgin coconut oil to moisturize your hair strands. Aloe Vera leaves can also be used to massage your hair scalp. To prevent split ends, minimize or avoid getting your hair exposed to too much heat or sunlight. . In addition, taking sufficient vitamin-like hercules biotin is very good for your hair. Biotin is a proven vitamin that strengthens the hair.

Massaging your scalp will not make your hair grow any faster, it has been proved. Nor are you supposed to shampoo your hair everyday, your hair needs your natural oils , it's best to shower every second day. When shampooing and conditioning, your only supposed to shampoo your roots, and condition the the lengths of your hair. But who really listens to that.

I smoke a pack a day. I'm 39 without a wrinkle and have thick hair that grows an inch a month. I also have anorexia. I eat 500 or less calories a day most days (except on days that I binge eat) I do not take a multivitamin. Explain me.

Blow drying your hair has nothing to do with it being greasy. That just means your either putting too much product in your hair or not washing it correctly

I started taking diatomaceous earth to help rid myself of parasites and noticed my hair and nails growing like mad!!! i did the research & its the "silica" in the diatomaceous earth that was causing massive hair growth. Also, good amino acids since our hair is protein :) OH & also, a good quality multi vitamin. I have some great suggestions if you want....
