instead of taking vitimins what you can do is put olive oil in the microwave untill its warm put it all over your scalp then rub it in after that lean your head back for an hour then wash your hair try to get all of it out it should grow about 6 to 7in. my hair is down to my butt now
I have known plenty of people who see hair growths around 3.5-4 inches in 2.5 months, on average hair will grow 1/2 inch per month but that is just average..some people's hair grows as much as an inch and some people have a hard time sprouting 1/4 inch per month (every body is different just like how two people can eat the same amount of calories and one could gain weight/one could maintain...etc-you get the point!)
