I'm 63 too on hormones had just in my 30's. I don't have flashes I'm hot ALL the time. I know how you feel. I hate summer.
Same here!!! Especially if the weather is warm. I'm 63, my last period was when I was 51!!! Can't stand to have my hair down, when ever the weather gets warm...it's got to be up, or I think I'm going to melt!!!!

I get around 50ish hot flashes per day. I also take Prempro, prescribed by my doctor. Since I started taking Cymbalta, my hot flashed stopped. Am I going through menopause?

I am also 63. I had been prescribed both estrogen and progesterone at 52 as I was having huge night (& all day) sweats, big trouble sleeping. My (new) gyno took me off these last month - concern over negative side effects. She is aware of the difficulty I had earlier. Any thoughts?
