I just recently had sex for the first time about a week ago, and it was painful and I did bleed quite a bit. The thing is, yesterday night I was fingered by my partner, and it was really painful and I bled again. So now I'm really worried about weather it's broken or not, I tried to masturbate today and it was excruciatingly painful so I stopped immediately.

The odds are you have probably partially torn your hymen. And while it heals, it may be painful and subject to reinjury.
I'd suggest that you visit your family doctor or a medical clinic so that you can be examined and if you need additional adjustment or a "snip" , you can get out patient surgery.
